I personally like Dr. Feelgood more because I don't really consider my in-game persona "me". Like, I put on a little show in games, sure, but I wouldn't call that my OOC identity

My life circulates around psychology and therapy and analyzing intentions, I think that's more "me"

I actually agree with Mina, with the additional Dr. Feelgood referencing his psychology major and his tendency to over-analyze situations and people (see: the relationships thread). We also spent like three hours one night analyzing motivations and intent behind people's actions and how how others perceive them.

Like PhD Dr...therapist...you know what I mean...

Not OVER-analyze, just do more of an assessment with a loaded explanation as opposed to jumping to conclusions based on assumptions.

is better by far. Plus, I have never gotten the "relax, I got this" feel from Matt in games...

...he's more like a psychopath bad guy who's got a "plan" but there are seventy-five detours and nothing actually goes according to plan. And the whole time he's pulling his hair out and going "what the fuck is wrong with all these people around me" and "you idiots are going to be the end of me" and shit. Classic movie villain status.

Except sometimes he's a good guy, and the same thing happens.

All that to say, never once did I get a "relax, I got this" attitude anywhere inside games.
His emotional balance is too fragile in games for that title.

is alright, but deep down in my heart I don't like any of these titles for Matt, because none of them scream Matt to me. I think we should let it marinate a while longer and see what comes up, instead of trying to push it through. He's a strong personality, other stuff will bleed through. And I don't think any of these titles successfully captures the more broad feel of his essence on site; they all just capture a facet or two.
