I really do not like the new league system because if you went on a big dive you could just play equal games to get back up. Now if you get dropped right after you promote, you get set back roughly 8 games for one loss. I def need to control the times I play because last night at 5am was all disconnecting brasilineros. Saddle up and back to work!

You can't get demoted from a division for a certain number of games after you first get promoted, so you don't actually get set back much for one loss - you get set back a lot for losing a lot of games in a row.

That happened to me. 4 losses dropped me a full league.

Secondly, does anyone know why I'm getting these ungodly lag/dc spikes? It's only league, firefox, skype, etc. all work fine. It's periodic and seems to vary by game. One game I'll lag spike repeatedly, another game I'll end up just perfect with 60 ping all game.

I really liked Trundle Jungle. He wasn't good at ganking unless they really pushed far but he was a good deterrent plus I found that I could donate blue to mid if I just focused on getting to level 6 before really committing to ganking.
He is surprisingly bulky I found in my experience.

I hope he gets a rework and a skin soon. Probably gonna buy him later today.

So I ended my losing streak at 8 straight, which ties the solo queue record for me. The problem with maining one champ and jungle in particular is that the games really start to blend together, even if you just play one champ in lane, the lane dynamics can change based on your opponent. Just running around in the jungle makes things get kinda blurry between games. I was working on a combo video jungling guide, but honestly SV's jungleology series is just so much better than anything I could put together so you should watch that for howtojungle. I do save replays of games that go very well or spectacularly badly if anyone wants a vod of the road back to bronze, I mean gold. My new theory/practice is that if a game is going poorly I will go hard 110% to try and right the ship, or I will personally become the anchor that sinks us. It's caused a couple lopsided KDA games where everyone screams at me, but honestly, we are losing the game and the only way to come back from a big lead is with a little bit of luck. I posted a scoreboard earlier that was basically me just diving a fed Akali and throwing pink wards at her while my team scattered and cursed me out in /all. Everyone forgets that you started 5/0 and ganked every lane twice when your final score is 6/12 in a total stomp. It's fine, as a jungler you are going to get blamed for everything, just accept it, let it roll off, and move on to the next win where hopefully you will have 1 competent teammate who you can forcefeed. It is frustrating sometimes as a jungle main because the people who instalock top/mid are the ones who pick weird stuff, can't buy a lane win, and scream at you all game for not ganking. Losses happen, I've always been a streaky player but getting dropped down a level is a kick in the balls since it doubles the work you have to do after a losing streak.

My only advice for losing is to saddle up and ride hard. Oh and NEVER agree to a trade in champ select. Never, no matter what. Pick what you intend to play and if you do get to fish out Blitzcrank then I hope you are prepared to support. Oh, you changed your mind on playing Jayce and now won't trade me? Fucking fantastic.

The first thing should be you. The reason he was popular for some time apart from the fact that his lategame supported pokecomps, was that his lv2 gank is one of the most scary lv2 ganks that can be placed.

Oh to add some actual content. Yes Blade of the Ruined King is a good item. But it is situational. Most pros are bulding it in place of their BT, SOOOOO in a low elo game are you willing to beat there's gonna be some dudes on the opposite team with 4k-5k HP? I've found out that it's not a good bet in silver II. 13/2 tristana just lost to my team because we DIDN't stack health and she had no AS and a Blade of the ruined king.
