Not really? It's not like every champ in the game has a displacement ability, nor would Xerath want to stay in that form just for this, since he's still a caster, even if a more tanky one than usual.

Why does the flag make a difference? It doubles the armor bonus for jarvan then.

I don't like Morellonomicon on champs that don't have DoT abilities.
I've actually never liked that item. I guess I don't really have an understanding of what circumstances you would WANT to build it unless it's vs people like Swain or Mundo

I wouldn't mind Rylais on Xerath if I needed the health.
His skillshots are surprisingly easy to land (for me at least) but he also has unnaturally high health scaling for all the free range and armor he gets so I would only really get it vs high mobility or assassin comps.

It's a good ap cdr item. If you need cdr over mana problem items, you get this instead.

I think that once champions started to be available on the PBE for testing, that releases have been a lot closer to balanced for a while. Not always, definitely, but it's helped.

I think every champ from like Ziggs on was PBE tested, and if you look at the list, I can't tell you that you are more wrong.

Ziggs - UP/Out of Favor indefinitely
Nautilus - OP/Nerfed/Nerfed/Buffed
Fiora - UP
Lulu - Balanced until Taric leaves botlane probably
Hecarim - UP/ Now possibly OP
Varus - Balanced
Darius - OP and Buggy
Draven - Balanced
Jayce - OP ate 2 nerfs and i believe is slightly underpowered
Zyra - OP ate the largest nerf we've seen yet I think. balanced i think though
Diana - OP overnerfed then buffed
Rengar - OP/Buggy overnerfed and gradually being rebalanced
Syndra - UP/Buffed/possibly secret OP now
Kha'zix - UP and Now OP with the season 3 changes. being nerfed
Elise - OP being nerfed
Zed - Possibly balanced?
Nami - UP
Vi - OP being nerfed
Thresh - ???? Possibly UP?
Quinn - from my one game i played with her.. possibly OP.

They spelled out "XTC" with their bans at the start of the game.
Lot's of silly unconventional builds. I somehow beat AP Trynd mid, didn't think I would.
I did the 2nd most damage on our team right next to bruiser Graves, lol!
But the highest damage was their support nidalee.

I do agree with a few though.

I like how you say, A LOT of my assessments are off, and then cherry pick the one I clearly was least sure about and that there is the 2nd least amount of data on. I even said possibly, cause to be I honest, I don't know. I never have trouble with him, I also pick an OP champion.

The only ones that are even up for debate are Nami(50% win rate), Thresh(i really don't know, thought he might be UP) and Possibly Zed(winrate is slightly low).

Ziggs, Fiora, Hecarim, Syndra and Kha zix were all undeniably UP on release. Syndra's winrate was literally like 25%. And they realized this and buffed her.


All the ones that are marked as OP are 100% without a doubt right. And idk.. I don't know anyone who will tell you Draven and Varus aren't relatively balanced.

But see I don't want to get into a long debate about all of these because when you talk about the state of that many champions there are bound to be massive walls of text from someone

So I think it's better just to say I disagree instead of typing out all these reasons cause it's not worth arguing about really
