Keep in mind that solo queue win rate is not necessarily the best determiner of a champions power. For instance, Olaf pre-nerf had a win rate of only 47%, but he was really OP. Of course then they had to over-nerf him into the ground and force me to find a new jungler :'-(.

These changes make Blade of the Ruined King a more universally useful item for Attack Damage champions and allow it to better fulfill its role in their arsenal as an item to combat high Health targets.
Recipe Changed: Dagger + Dagger + Bilgewater Cutlass + 650 gold = 2850 gold
Attack Damage reduced to 30 from 45
Now grants 40% Attack Speed
Life Steal increased to 15% from 10%
UNIQUE Passive adjusted to "Deals 5% of the target's current Health in bonus physical damage (max 90 damage vs. monsters and minions) on hit"
UNIQUE Active changed to "Deals 15% of target champion's maximum Health as physical damage (min. 100), heals for the same amount, and steals 30% of the target's Movement Speed for 4 seconds (60 second cooldown)"
UNIQUE Active range increased to 500 from 400

It can't strictly replace bloodthirster anymore, which makes it somewhat awkward, but those numbers look completely ridiculous.

Damn, the more I think about it, the stupider BOTRK sounds. It gives as much AS as a Shiv, and only 3% less life steal than a fully stacked bloodthirster (probably equal when you count the active). Plus it's passive will give you comparable damage to a bloodthirster against high-health targets (almost everybody), plus you get an escape with it's active, plus it's cheaper than a bloodthirster.

A lot of your OP/UP assessments seem pretty off though honestly
Like Thresh is definitely not UP for instance.
I do agree with a few though.

I like how you say, A LOT of my assessments are off, and then cherry pick the one I clearly was least sure about and that there is the 2nd least amount of data on. I even said possibly, cause to be I honest, I don't know. I never have trouble with him, I also pick an OP champion.

The only ones that are even up for debate are Nami(50% win rate), Thresh(i really don't know, thought he might be UP) and Possibly Zed(winrate is slightly low).

Ziggs, Fiora, Hecarim, Syndra and Kha zix were all undeniably UP on release. Syndra's winrate was literally like 25%. And they realized this and buffed her.


All the ones that are marked as OP are 100% without a doubt right. And idk.. I don't know anyone who will tell you Draven and Varus aren't relatively balanced.

Ziggs was not up on release, and neither was kha. Ziggs was actually op on release because his minefield had too big of a ratio. If you threw it on someone they were dead. Like, undeniably dead. He had to be nerfed immediately. Khazix was actually good on release, and it took a select few players to realize that you had to evolve w first.

BoRK HAS been really good. It was just awkward to find a spot for it since you either had to give up BT or IE to get it.
Now it can completely replace your attack speed slot without losing out on DPS to do so. I actually think there might be a net increase for most champions that aren't Caitlyn or Corki.

Just because there are nerfs and buffs doesn't mean that a champion is underpowered or overpowered. In the instance of Zedd this last patch they could just be rearranging some of the power of his kit, or changing numbers to force people into a certain style of play. It's happened. They did it with Jayce.

Was able to go Cutlass, BT and then BoRK and then whatever defensive items and I just melted people as Vayne. Even my standard autos did pretty outrageous damage.

In related news, I got my first ranked Pentakill as Vayne. yay me.
