Night lingered longer than usual, but it's over now. The sun is supposed to bring happiness and hopefulness is it not? Maybe not so much in these parts... You just have to ask Solaire about that. Oh well, the gains of yesterday couldn't have lasted forever I suppose. Something had to bring you all back down to earth with a crashing thud...

And to think, I had hope in you all...

It looks like chkflp was DDD's vengeful shot -- not a SK kill. That's why the daystart had such a delay.

Chkflp probably would've been my pick if he were still alive due to his having hammered D1 to unlynch Pere, but he's not. My two main gut scum reads of players still alive are RestFermata and HumanDestroyer (latter is mostly relational). Town on VP/Nacho/levi/FT, null on EmpKing.

HumanDestroyer gets townpoints for voting PereV out of the gate after someone else had already voted me going into D2. RestFermata was in favor of the PereV wagon prior to being opposed to it and then voting MsMarangal.

I know this is WIFOM, but I really can't help but say it. I am being perfectly honest when I say that I think I would have bussed the living hell out of PV. He was screwed. That's why I do not award HD townie points for voting PV. I should have stuck to my gut when I realized that HD vs. PV looked like a bus.

Vote: Human Destroyer

One of my town reads is probably the SK.

Oh, wait, so are you saying that chkflip was some sort of vig that targeted DDD? Do we not get to see people's roles after they die?

We saw DDD's role...also, that would mean there was no mafia kill. And it would also mean that the flavor of a huge guy with a hammer's kill is electrocution, which seems unlikely to me. I don't know about Iece's theory. His theory about me is certainly wrong.

DDD flipped vengeful. A vengeful role is a role that gets to kill a player when they are killed at night.

DDD was killed at night, presumably by mafia. He used his vengeful kill on chkflp, who looks scummy given PereScum/MsMaragalTown. That much is basically definitely true. And yes, Smoug used electricity-based attacks, though I had to check the wiki to make sure.

There is no evidence of an SK in this game yet whatsoever, except that Jason seemed like a very dumb N1 mafia kill, so nacho and some others had speculated that a N1 mafia kill was blocked successfully. This would entail that a kill was blocked both N1 *and* N2, though, which is getting very stretchy.

He wasn't actually screwed...it's not like someone had claimed a guilty on him D1....

All he had against him was 2 high-gravitas players who would probably want to kill him. Something different might have happened if there hadn't been early support from non-VP/DDD sources.

Well, I would have bussed him--he seemed screwed to me--but according to VPB I'm not the sharpest tool.

That was a bad shot DDD. Though annoying, chkflip was obv town. Chastising you and you can't retort. Tell it to the dead thread homie.

Hey, Iec, yesterday you said that if PV flipped scum then one of DDD or I was def scum. DDD flipped town. Why do you suddenly think I"m town?

Hey, HD, what was your reasoning for voting PV again? I'd like a full case considering your iso shows you pretty thin on actual reasoning for voting him. TIA

Hi, Nacho. You ready to bust some serious scum brains today? PS, you better not be tricksy scum or I'll find out. TIA

Nacho, was your post coming from not reading DDD's role?

VOTE: Empking

Explanation after I answer this question.

VP Baltar wrote:Hey, HD, what was your reasoning for voting PV again? I'd like a full case considering your iso shows you pretty thin on actual reasoning for voting him. TIA

His horribly explained townreads were just the popular ones plus like one "out there" townread (RestFermata), his vote park on SaintKerrigan because he "didn't like any of the leading wagons" without actually pushing for a SaintKerrigan wagon, this wagon misrep and discredit, and this post is another load of horseshit misrepping and discrediting me.

That should be everything.

Now Empking.

PeregrineV wrote:@Kerrigan- I've seen a lot more scum self-vote during RVS than town. What's up?

@Four- You're voting EmpKing for getting on Kerrigan wagon, which is a wagon she herself is on.Somehow that bugs me.

Vote: FourTrouble

Chainsaw defense of Empking for a really stupid reason.

He never mentions Empking ever again.

Empking wrote:
Nachomamma8 wrote:I don't think I agree with Iecerint-scum. But I am starting to come around on Peregrine.

Why?

Everyone/anyone: Is there a Pere case I can look at?

This is Empking's only mention of PeregrineV, and it looks like whether he's wondering if the case is strong enough where he should jump on the wagon and bus, or if it's too weak and he has to stay off.

I said this before, but it's also weird because of his earlier bandwagon hopping.

Yeah I like this vote.
Are you ready for this?

That's another mention of Pere. I also haven't been bandwagon hopping as I've said before.

Though thank you for making me look at my ISO again.

Unvote,
Vote: Lev

On day one he claimed to be willing to hammer Pere but that feeling seemed to have vanished as soon as Pere stopped being the given lynch.

EmpKing, what differentiates Lev and RestFermata on that point?

Hadn't noticed it of Lev, though. I'll check it. I have a pretty solid gut town read on him.

RF was really upfront about it. He explicitly told me, so I don't think he knew Pere would flip scum.

I read the rest of your posts yesterday. They looked like waffling after you were challenged on a dumb position. I wouldn't say that I get the impression you're backing entirely from that position yesterday, simply that you were forced to backpedal and still were trying to hang onto a thread of it as being possible because the Jason kill "made no sense." I don't know if I buy that I'm suddenly towntown in your book.

I'm going to read back over your response and voting time HD. I'll get back to you where I feel with that.

Someone (Nacho?) pointed out that you or DDD would have crossed party lines to lynch MsMarangal, especially since it was close to deadline.

It's true that the Jason kill still makes me uncomfy, though, given a) low gravitas b) claimed VT and c) only one NK both N1 and N2.
