I declare intent to hammer when I would vote for someone if they weren't at L-1. When Fferyllt unvoted, I could vote for Fuduzn without hammering, so I voted for him.

I signed up for a new Open game because I'm in two games right now, and I think the other one is going to draw to a conclusion fairly quickly. I didn't sign up because Fudu and I are scum together, if that's what you're getting at.
