It's because I acknowledge that I've acted in a certain way sometimes (especially second half day 1 I was just flipflopping around like a clueless moron) that can/should seem scumlike to the innocent eye. Yet you are the only person to just say you've seen me as a townread ever since you got here, and it makes me mad paranoid!
Then again, it wouldn't be in a scum's best interest to not go after someone who is seen by many as a very possible scum, unless he/she is trying to appear town/appease that person, but that shit doesn't matter in a LyLo situation!
Argh, my head hurts, I'm going insane. D:- frog

That is scummy, but then again, so is advocating 2 quicklynches, making an awful case on Xiao, and (essentially) quickhammering a few days into D2 despite repeated calls not to vote. You're both scummy, and I wouldn't mind lynching either of you, but you've been far scummier this entire game and you need to die first.- Mac

"You need to die first."
Ridiculous. Stop it, are you Nic's buddy? If you lynch me, we lose. It's that simple. And I'm pretty sure you know that.
Xiao is probably town now - he could've unvoted me. My case wasn't even that bad. Not as bad as Nic who utterly sheeped Xiao and voted me in preparation for a quicklynch.
Everyone ask yourself a question. WHY WOULD I QUICKLYNCH MUTLEY IF I WAS SCUM? That was unnecessary; he was already a dead man walking. I'll admit, I derpeda littleALOT and I apologise to the town for that. But you have to vote Nic here.- frog

Are you going to put up a defence that can't be said by everyone here? You claim VT at the start of the day, you say 'if you lynch me we lose', but everyone can say that at this stage! Why would scum not quicklynch Mutley? Scum could say 'whoops, sorry' as much as you are now. Quicklynching a VT only benefits scum and it is a scum action, don't tell us otherwise.
Argh, honestly, I'm pretty torn. I know Nic's sheeping is ridiculously scummy but you have to ask yourself why no quicklynch happened after Xiao's vote, if we assume you're town. You're right, the individual actions you've undertaken are not as scummy as Nic's vote, but when you take them together I think they are.
Alright, just to get my head round this; what do you think of NicCage's predecessors, and can you find examples of scummy play from Nic on previous days?- Mac

I need to get back to a PC; I'm posting from a phone at the moment so will do when I'm back.
But scum didn't need to quick lynch mutley when it was inevitable. I derped, I know. I apologise, but now I'm trying to make it up to the town and win us the game.
Ask yourself: why is Nic's vote still on me? Because he's been caught in a web after sheeping Xiao.- frog

Sorry, real life calls sometimes.
Xiao I think you're town based on how you responded to my initial points against you and how you've generally tried to see both sides of an argument post-mutley. That reads to me like town who made a mistake and is learning from it.
I think frog is town based on PoE, you seem town and I have much stronger scumreads on Didi and Mac- frog

↑ NicCage wrote:That said, Mac has been asserting some really weird stuff lately. The point about frog's voting was never valid, and he carried it far too long.
Also, how is Xiao telling you to vote him any different from what you just did? You're saying if he thinks you're mafia he should vote you, and that's exactly the argument he's making.
I didn't think Didi and Mac could be scum together though so I'll have to reassess my scumteam reads
↑ NicCage wrote:Because I've decided which way I want to go. I think Didi and Mac are the scumteam. It would have been stupid for town to immediately lynch Mutley on D2, so why would Mac even think that?
I think Mac and Didi planned that conversation so that Didi could pick up towncred and MP5 wouldn't push his lynch. Now MP5 is dead and Mac clears Didi as a townread, while pushing a shitty case against you.
No these are. These and the fact that you were confident that scum wouldn't quicklynch you- Mac

Xiao didn't make a case in his vote post, he just said that you were right in that he should vote you if he's suspicious. I agreed with that, I thought you were scum and it was time for me to vote you.
If you were so sure that you couldn't be quickhammered because you found the scum then why didn't you vote Xiao?- Mac

Oh okay, that post is clearer.
The thing is, that plan doesn't make any sense because it wouldn't prove anything. If you're scum and you vote him he won't be hammered. If he's scum then he still wouldn't be hammered. If you're scum and he votes you you you won't be hammered, if he's scum and he votes you you won't be hammered.
You were trying to frame it up like his vote on you would prove something so you could use that against him rather than just voting according to your suspicions against Xiao.- Mac

Bullshit.
Everyone, think of this from my position (and, just assume that my role is definitely town, regardless of what you think I am right now)
> Says Xiao could be suspicious, could be scum.
> Xiao says vote me, vote me twice. (bare in mind, at this point, I think he is scum)
> Heavily-suspected-scum me thinks "hmmm, mafia trying to get me to vote so he can show everyone I'm scum when he isn't quickhammered."
> Ask Xiao why he wants me to vote and doesn't vote me instead (legit question - come on guys.)
> Xiao does vote, and then NicCage sheeps the fuck out of it.
Nic is scum. I'm not trying to frame anyone, he's just trying to weasel his way out of a lynch.
And I think this is being ignored: why would I encourage a quickhammer of Mutley if I was scum and knew he was town? AND knew he would be lynched eventually? I know I derped putting him at L-1, it's my fault and if we lose this I will shoulder all of the blame. But we can at least last one more day if we vote Nic.- NicCage

Your position doesn't make sense, if either one of you were scum then no one was in danger of being quickhammered because it takes one town to vote a town and then two scum to hammer.
And that doesn't answer the question of why didn't you vote Xiao. If you thought he was scum, why withhold your vote? You weren't so picky with me.
You would encourage the quickhammer of Mutley because you knew you had the justification to do it, everyone wanted him lynched that day. If you were successful in getting him out of the way quickly you probably would have been under even less fire than you are now from putting him at L-1 because instead of ending the discussion without everyone's permission you would have had accomplices that quicklynched with you.- NicCage

That's not what I'm saying at all.
If SCUMXIAO encourages HEAVILYSUSPECTEDSCUMBUTSTILLTOWNMAC to vote him, IF I DID VOTE XIAO, then Xiao could easily manipulate this and say "Look, no quickhammer, Mac is scum, lynch." This would not result in a quickhammer if he was the scum and he would know that and use it to his advantage because I'm so suspect. THIS WOULD GET TOWN ON MY WAGON. Then all he needs is his scumbuddy and scum win. How hard is this for you too grasp?
I didn't vote Xiao because I thought it was a trap.
Last paragraph doesn't even make sense, stop talking shit. That does NOT answer my question of "why would I effectively hammer Mutley if I could've waited for the inevitable to be done by others?" - Mac
