Yes, I read games that he flipped town and he had the same scum bitterness to all his posts. Should I have used something other than "figure out"? Because that's what I did, much like figuring out the solution to anything. I knew I was feeling scummy about him, but couldn't figure out why exactly, so I did more research.

Hey dudes(ettes). Just got home from work. Trying to re-read like 22 pages. I promise I will post something good before deadline, but not today. I have a new hot girlfriend who takes up literally all of my time outside of work. More excuses i know, but that's how it is lately.

V/LA for the next 15 hours!

Mind summarizing it for me?

In a nutshell, GM voted Frop and said I was a good lynch candidate, which ff saw as going for the easier targets, n00bs. A back and forth of WoTs then started which ended up with ff claiming part of her case against GM was based on her dislike for GM and they becoming bffs. Someone said it could've all been a setup to distance themselves while allowing them to agree in the future. I'd advise you to at least skim through some of it though, while they were pretty verbose, there might be some subtleties that I might've missed.

About Carey I wanted to give him time to contribute but it appears that won't be happening soon so I'm more inclined to lynch him. Even so I think AA9 is a better candidate for a lynch atm, simply because IMO Carey just doesn't care and could be either town or scum, an argument about his complete lack of engagement would be WIFOM I think, because no scum would be so careless, unless they knew we'd think no scum would be so careless... ad infinitum.

In short, I'm not against lynching Carey, but I'd rather lynch AA9 atm.

That's a pretty slanted nutshell, Deras. GM is sorted. For now. And what led to my getting a bit less of a scum read was comparing her (IMO) terribad WoT case on me to cases she made in a few recent games. Her cases when she was scum looked tighter and more well thought out.

The bffs part was meant to express my belief that the theory that the whole argument between you and ff/GM was faked warrants at least some attention, sorry if it rubbed you the wrong way :D

Probably the thing that jumps at me the most was this:

goodmorning wrote:@fffff: Honestly that readslist is striking me as incredibly Town for some reason. Reassessment is probably something that needs to happen sooner than later on my part as well.

Which is what I see as one more of GM's "gut feelings", unless of course GM would like to explain what reason made the readlist town?

Of course, that was GM and it could be her trying to buddy you up, but I still think it makes re-examining the discussion and your backing off again worthwhile.

I'll wait for GM to respond then. self-meta is thin gruel, but there are reasons why I have developed my style of scumhunting. I'm still in the process of evaluating if it needs modification for MS, and if so what sorts of modification. For now, I'm sticking with it.

There will be 2 scums in a 9 player game.

I feel GM is town, Carey is null. Revenus would be my choice for this day’s lynch, if everyone wants to move this directly.
And there would one more scum in the rest of you. :shifty:

I changed my mind about Angel.
I used to trust her, but this is like the only post with content from her other than that nonsense about only one scum could be in SE/IC.

I trust ff much more now, so I am going to sheep onto that Angel wagon.

Here comes L-1!

VOTE: Angel

Let's hear a claim, please, before we pull the trigger on a lynch.

Uhhhhhhh
Well your nutshell is ok, but I wouldn't say we're that nice to each other. ffff is satisfied with her current read on me and I have candidates that I think are better. If I see some slip from her you can expect the walls to return, maybe.
Readslist looks Town mainly because of the stream-of-consciousness nature of the reads, especially the ones on Mac, AA9, and myself.

UNVOTE: ArcAngel

To get her off L-1. My level of suspicion is unchanged, but I don't want her hammered prematurely.

That unvote has REALLY disturbed me. Like, I'm pretty sure we don't have any trolls or idiots in this game who will hammer without a claim from Angel. As long as people are aware that an "intent to hammer" is ALWAYS necessary, having Angel at L-1 should be fine and hopefully force some content from her.

Why did you unvote fferyll when no one is gonna hammer prematurely? Especially considering your "suspicions haven't changed."

AA9, get involved or be lynched. I want ff's answer before I consider putting AA9 at L-1
