I have been working all weekend so I haven't been around much.

I been talking with AP about roles/balancing. Like I said I'm certain he wouldn't put two conflicting town roles in and if I was a mod I wouldn't either. I'm not going to try and talk more because I'm not even sure I'm allowed to use that information as an argument here, but I brought it up because I think it is revelant.

A common feel - he was more the only one certain that Pit was town closer to the day ending.

Uh no. Ap is the mod and we arent talking about this game. I'm talking about the game I'm trying to currently balance and he gave me insight on how he balances his games and his roles and how that could be used to balance my upcoming one. Two totally different things then what Orci did.

As I said - I didn't see AP as the type of mod to put a watcher and a town aligned ninja into play. I was trying to balance the current roles in my head to see what would balance a town RC with what scum powers could be. Likely it's ninja + normal goon since a goon comes up vanilla on a role cop result.

So it's completely irrelevant to this game. So why on earth bring it up? If there's a question about the setup that I want to ask, I'd ask it in thread. One thing I've learnt from games here is I'm not going to try and outguess the mod.

And this is all beside the point too.

It's not whether a ninja it town-aligned or not, its about whether orcinus is LYING. He could've claimed bulder's the tooth fairy for all it matters, the fact he jumped the gun in the middle of claims, has played scummy since day 1 and has questionable logic to explain his motives is a problem.

Then there's you, who's now trying to flippantly wave off your play as you were away on the weekend. You can't have been that limited considering you placed your vote. But no time to explain yourself better or your reads....but you will blindly sheep someone claiming a PR in lylo?

I went from not wanting to lynch her to wanting to lynch her because of many different posts that all looked scummy to me, if that's what you're wondering about. I can find them and quote them individually if I really have to.

It has to be Mala with either Orc or Bulder... more likely Orc obviously because of the sheeping. But Buld/Mala makes sense provided that Mala has decent confidence of surviving 3-way LYLO and killing her partner is a necessary evil to get there, especially with the way Orc came out of the gate at day start and made it seem rather inevitable

SD could be scum hesitating to hammer on Buldermar but it's hard for me to wrap my head around because he's had the least connections/overlap anyone alive in the game, both in scumreads and voting patterns.

It's basically because, during the night, that was where my reads were too, VCA looked dodgy on both and they BOTH claimed VT and Pitoli's done nothing but appear like a deer in the headlights (thus 'Bambi') all day.

Even if orcinus play has been crap, it doesn't really balance out that. And if orc is scum, well at least I identified why.

So if you two are town, you did a real terrible job. But it doesn't appear that your heats were in it.

So who'd I win the game for?

I have not talked to anyone about this setup (other than the reviewer). I do review other peoples setups and talk about balance in MD.

Also, talking about mafia theory is fine if not referrencing ongoing games (like this one).

I do not believe anything said that Ive seen is against spirit of rules.

Buldermar walked cautiously from room to room lightly nervous but not showing it. He glanced down at a notebook and flipped to an immaculate map of the ship. He traced his finger down the drawing of the hallway he was in and to the right. Through a heavy door and down another corridor lay her quarry and victory was at end.

"Hey! Thats her! She killed the chief, I'm sure of it. I've seen her notebook. She is taking notes on Galactica!"

Buldermar froze. Her accuser, Cally, glared at her from across the corridor. A couple nearby marines eyed her awkwardly before stepping forward.

"Fools! All players in the game of destiny. I seek the final cylons and the child of destiny. I am GOD's hand and none of you can stop me."

Buldermar quick draws two pistols and shoots both marines before they can respond.

In the stunned aftermath, buldermar cackles lightly and turns around in slowly.

Alarms race across the ship. Buldermar scowls lightly but stands back to the wall in anticipation.

"Kill me then. I already have all the information we need to find earth before you."

orcinus sat in his office milling over some papers. The whiteboard behind is desk just had one number written on it. The remaining number of humans still alive in the universe.

A sudden flash crept from across the room.

"Billy?"

orcinus looked up in alarm. The pain medication occasionally caused hallucinations and he shook his head lightly.

Wham! An elderly man in a hat slammed his hands down on the documents orcinus was looking over.

"Madam President. You are to come with me. If you resist, we will nuke colonial one. I have a bomb on my person right now."

orcinus flashed a mock smile at the man and stood up. In the end, destiny would take her where she needed to go.

Kay the three of you.. Stop speaking you are dead.. That's what post game is for.

Secondly, scum was either bold enough to call my bluff or saw right through it. Both a possibility.

SD / Pit - One of you is scum so who do you believe is scum and why?

I'm going to reread the ISO of Buld, Syr & Orci when I get home to see if I don't see a pattern. I'll also do VC analysis in the next few days as I can't do it tonight due to a paper.
