I believe it should be obvious that I agree on the rest as well from my previous posts. In post 1252, fferyllt wrote:only that?In post 1251, buldermar wrote:This I agree with.In post 1247, fferyllt wrote:HD - participation level scares me a little
I thought you agreed with most of it, though I think your read of orcinus is influenced by mine. My read of Minimal is influenced by orcinus. And my read of Mac is influenced by you.In post 1253, buldermar wrote:I believe it should be obvious that I agree on the rest as well from my previous posts. In post 1252, fferyllt wrote:only that?In post 1251, buldermar wrote:This I agree with.In post 1247, fferyllt wrote:HD - participation level scares me a little
I can understand this, and if you actually are an assassin I really do appreciate that you're still caring enough to even check the game. And to be fair, you're still contributing way more than several other players in this game, so I don't think anyone could rightfully complain - even disregarding the fact that you don't have a shot at winning, according to yourself. In post 1254, fferyllt wrote:I thought you agreed with most of it, though I think your read of orcinus is influenced by mine. This is a weird game. I've never played with no avenue (however remote) for winning before, but I in essence lost the game before it started due to my night action choices. The crater where motivation is supposed to be seriously disrupts my thoughts about the game.
Bitch.
Whore.
I don't see how anyone can entertain the idea that I'm not an assassin unless they're positing that this is some bizarre gambit that Mollie and I cooked up between us, and that all the yelling is purely drama. Which is a bit of a stretch. In post 1257, buldermar wrote:I can understand this, and if you actually are an assassin I really do appreciate that you're still caring enough to even check the game. I keep wondering if this is a game that could actually benefit town via a day 1 nolynch. Mollie and I both can use our night actions informationally, and we're both dangerous targets to scum if we do that, so we're more likely to be targeted than town players, which could mean that town could get to day 2 intact and with at least one piece of information in hand that they wouldn't otherwise have. Maybe 2 pieces of information.
What would be the de-balancing effect? Not sure I'm on the right page.In post 1264, Majiffy wrote:Most MS games aren't balanced when you take out one of towns' mislynches anyway.
I'm not personally entertaining the idea, if that's what you're insinuating. I just included the possibility because some players consider it that: a possibility. In post 1260, fferyllt wrote:I don't see how anyone can entertain the idea that I'm not an assassin unless they're positing that this is some bizarre gambit that Mollie and I cooked up between us, and that all the yelling is purely drama. I don't think scum is going to target either of you knowing that mollie is likely to backstab you.In post 1261, fferyllt wrote:I keep wondering if this is a game that could actually benefit town via a day 1 nolynch. I have never contemplated skipping a day 1 lynch. Maybe it's worth thinking about.

lookit you trying to solicit a protect from the docIn post 1263, fferyllt wrote:meh. Wasn't factoring that if either of us is NKed we both leave the game, so it would depend on a protective role guessing right about which to protect anyway.
so yeah. not a good idea.
