Feels like scum doubling down on what other people have already said to try and excuse their behavior. Now that Actor and others have openly called him newbtown, he's free to dumbtell as much as he wants. What would normally be scummy (not having any scum reads on page 20) is now pre-labeled noob behavior.

More people should be voting ferret right now. He admitted he's been scummy in #477. The only counterargument is "he's new." I don't think experience level is relevant to alignment, and even if it were, I think newbtown would at least make an effort to improve their play, rather than continuing to be so blatantly scummy.

I think ferret is town. The way the he holds such conviction in such ridiculous things seems to be coming from an independent thought process. He's pretty fearless for a newbie, which is pretty hard to mimic as scum without prior experience.

This is a good observation, and I appreciate the psychological approach taken with it.

Personally, my 4 targets of the day would be Ravenpaw (reasons listed above), Doctor whatever (pathetic contributions, from a hydra that's disgraceful), Amethyst (hasn't been scumhunting, and then calls me opportunistic without expanding on it at all), and Nero Cain (The meta comment from Monkey was really interesting, and Nero's reasoning for jumping on the Skull wagon was poor)

Dammit Sven, I wish you didn't just go to sleep. I still need to do a catch up but your activity today has left me with a few questions. Mainly, all the points about Jebus lurking and not posting could be said for me as well. My first impression is that Jebus already had some heat so it is easier to go that route for the mislynch? And why lynch lurkers, someone else just said it but it really has correlation to someones alignment. Also seems a bit ironic that you are saying that lurkers should be lynched and here you are one of the most active players as late.

And to whomever was asking why I brought up Amethyst's meta, basically the past games I had played with them popped into my head as I was reading their post. Since I thought I had a good read on them I figured a stream of consciousness post was good to post, almost a form of note taking if you will.

Skull, I have completely ignored you and your wagon this game, if I were to do some ISOing on you and maybee pull up some of your past games what should I be looking for in your play that sudgests that you are town this game?

Well, I don't have much of a meta to speak of. This is only my second game on Mafiascum, and I would not recommend looking up my first game since my play was pretty horrendous there (just ask Nacho).

I've played a few games before coming to this site, though. I've only been Scum twice before, and in both games, I was really paranoid and defensive the entire time because I was so afraid of being caught. If you see me being unreasonably defensive about anything, call me out on it. Aside from that, just see if you notice me acting like I know more than I'm saying. I try to be as transparent as possible because I have a terrible poker face, so if it looks like I know something but I'm keeping it to myself, call me out on that too.

Is that enough to get started?

For those who have commented on my slacking, I do that a lot on D1. The manic and outrageous finger-pointing and stick-poking wears on me, so, admittedly...I let others do it. I like to have fun on D1. I said I will analyze and post tomorrow. And I will.
