Sorry for the triple post (still finding new stuff to look at in the game). I think a more experienced scum would be the type to really think about how his opinions might generate criticism, so I'll have to strongly disagree with the NL coming from town. Disagreeing with the first sentence as well, I'd like it if you'd explain this more. Because a lot of his posts seem to just want to criticise the IC, with the NL being so that he gets cred for going against the Shawn lynch (switching back when people were wondering why he wanted NL).In post 744, Ms Marangal wrote:Commando is pretty open with his thoughts, when he posts it's short but you know what he's thinking. That's something I find to be a town-tell of sorts. He also dared to go for a no lynch (which is always a bad idea) regardless of the kinds of criticism he would have gotten
Just so I can know for the future, how do these posts appear as "noobscum play"? The last one you indicated, in particular, was not based on anything but a person's ISO coupled with the overall game. What do you look for when attempting to locate scum?In post 759, Mathdino wrote:Okay so this post, this post, and this postreally really suck.Looks like noobscum play to me. The whole 'not reading the thread' is a playstyle tell though, not indicative of alignment. So that makes Commando and Marangal my top suspects.
Explain this part? I don't think I ever called anything shawn did scummy until I moved my vote on him. I could swear that, the majority of the first day I was actually trying to defend him from the forming wagon then I did a double take and placed him back at L-1. I also remember only having called out TIP and Monty as scum, everyone else I had pegged as town or nullIn post 753, Mathdino wrote:On you, Marangal, I can see the parts that are just playstyle but what worries me is that you were just pointing out all the towns throughout Day 1, only settling on Shawn (and then switching to TIP and resettling on Shawn) after the wagon formed on him. Seems very sheepy to me, trying to help with the wagon without being blamed for it. I've tried looking over meta but unfortunately this sort of play isn't common for you, town or scum.
If you could elaborate a little, that would be cool. If you can't explain the read, it would probably be a fantastic idea to not voice it without backing it up. Those posts specifically I can't see anything wrong with, though I am of course biased. What do you think about Irishscum? In post 763, Ms Marangal wrote:In post 753, Mathdino wrote: as for my read on Monty isn't an easy one to explain. He isn't particularly doing bad play, I think he's actually doing fairly decent however posts like 586, 590, and 607 rub me the wrong way

His scum hunting looks natural and doesn't look fake so I'm inclined to think he's town.
I actually like her vote on Shawn. It doesn't look suspicious to me. I don't agree with TIP's
claim that MM joined the wagon to blend in or something. Voting for the player she
previously thought was town would actually make her suspicious to other players so she's town.
And commandodude is probably noob town.
So I actually think scum could be here [MontyWhittaker, sycorax, TheIrishPope] by PoE.
TheIrishPope is my top suspect though.
VOTE: Nekoko

I like how you said earlier in Day 2 that sycorax is confirmed town andIn post 587, TheIrishPope wrote:Interesting question indeed. If he is town, Commandodude is most certainly town as well, and I would be lost. Possible: Thor, Nekoko, Sycorax, in no particular order.
And you, Monty?
