Newbie 1351: Hyrule's Under Attack.. Interesting..-GAME OVER

His AA vote was where I started have a slightly uneasy feeling about GiF. Though I was unhappy with what I thought were the other likely lynches at the time, so I couldn't really fault him.

I thought Eye would be where the votes flowed if they flowed off AA. and I had more of a town read on Eye than I did AA by far.

I'll echo this. Like some of his content seemed a little off, but the effort put into his posts at the very least seemed genuine. My problem ended up being how he shrugged off suspicion of him by saying "Oh well I thought it would be obvious that I was doing XYZ but it wasn't so whatever lynch me"

I might be oversimplifying his reaction, but that's how it felt to me and I didn't like it.

How do you guys feel about massclaim? I'm starting to get paranoid about GM having so little to say in the face of votes falling off her...that seems like the kind of thing that would spur a townGM into a flurry of activity, not inspire uneasy silence. I want more dataz, and now Inef has me thinking scum are just going to leave her alive if she's town causing us headache tomorrow. I feel like a massclaim will give us something more to work with in this situation. Anyone agree?

I have been for this since i first performed my POE - and wanted GM to claim first so he couldnt claim PR when i voted him later.... I think this is frowned upon d2 tho

Like I don't know about you guys, but when I'm PR and claim I feel empowered...like, now scum can't do anything because I'm confirmed-town style. Regardless of whether it's true or not, that's the feeling it gives me. GM since claiming has been in a defensive kind of posture and when votes started falling off her that didn't change much. I don't like it, I didn't like her claim in the first place....If she's fake-claiming I want to know about it. And if we massclaim scum will be forced to either PRclaim now or get instalynched if they try later.

But like... My initial motivation for massclaim as stated--- the time has passed... Your reason seems legitimate enough... But what would be the order of claims?

The thing is if all three of VE/feryl/Inef are town, then a mass-claim basically solves the game doesn't it? Regardless of what scum try to claim, if we're all town we can narrow down the lynches in such a way that scum CAN NOT win right?

It's a 50% chance that the game has only one town PR. I'm a little queasy about the idea but I crave data too.

If GM is somehow legit jailkeeper then. The "one pr" scenario is already dealt with--- as the solo pr has already claimed---- i doubt he is a real pr and that if he is that he is the solo pr bc i have 2 pr reads... One really strong and the other a tenative read

my nightmare scenario is that you two are the scum and have hardcore buddied me. but, I can't for the life of me see Carey and Eye as scumbuddies. Eye didn't look nearly sophisticated enough at mafia to start bussing his scum partner the way he went after Carey. And Carey's replace-out did not look like scum-flake.

Outting my PR reads before the claim would seriously detriment part of the reason i am in favor of it---- if i out a pr read on scum they might claim pr if i out a pr read on a pr i will question if they claimed because i outted it

I encourage that because it will give us information. For instance say they do as you say and claim PR. Then there's another PR. Now there are three PR claims and that narrows down one for sure scum. And who cares if they claim because you outted it? The point is for town to be truthful and EVERYONE claim anyway.
