OK, so I have all the prep done now, I think. However, there are a couple things I want to look into. I'm going to postpone the upload of files until tomorrow.

Tonight, there will be about 15-20 minutes of "down time"... probably about 5 hours from this post. If you get weird error message(s), go grab a snack or a drink or something. Then try again in 15 minutes or so. Please don't just keep hitting refresh, it will make the update take longer.

Also, you might copy/paste your messages if you are online aroune 1am PST.
