He seems kind of more agreeable than I'm used to, but I don't have any completed games with him to go by.

I'd suggest going on a meta venture if you'd like. Otherwise, there are good reasons for calling him scum otherwise.

About the number of scum. 9p game. I think I would also say 2 scums. But meh... IDK if ghost's statement was scumslip or speculating town.

This is fence-sitting hard on something that shouldn't really be that much of a decision. The fact that TNE found it important to weigh in on something like this was sort of strange to me, but if he was town and decided to weigh in on something like this, I think that he'd have some sort of opinion. He clearly doesn't really have anything important to say here.

Forgot to do this because I was waiting for the votecount

I'm not going to quote everywhere he says this, but TNE uses "waiting for the votecount" as his excuse of not being aware of where his vote is, which is usually a strong scum tell for me. He's just sort of hopping from wagon to wagon, and is not really looking for scum. The closest he gets to pushing anything is #200, but that's just him defending himself and he doesn't push anything nice. And not only does he not have any reads except for "willing to lynch TiP and Ghostlin", but his thoughts are inconsistent:
