My biggest trouble right now is that chk claimed now instead of when Nacho claimed. I haven't been able to find where chk justified his late claiming, so I would appreciate it if somebody would quote that.

It also makes sense if I don't want to die, don't think I'll otherwise be the target of a nightkill, and can, therefore, provide the town with one more cleared townie if I could successfully outguess the scum team. And, well, with it being you, I knew you'd kill the person who was most town (gene) last night, so I protected him.

They can't no kill without confirming me as town. If they kill me and I flip town, remaining townies know that something is horribly wrong and start to reanalyze. Counterclaiming me as doc while his partners claims an innocent on him is a pretty creative move and pretty solid because not many people would expect it. Letting me go because he didn't want to counterclaim for who knows why doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

yes. i know that if flip is town, what he did is completely terrible. but the alternative, the dialouge i posted about what had to have happened if flip and gene are scum, is even more illogical

edo let's take a step back from all the wifom about which scumteams would have nightkilled who and all that nonsense. do you read gene as town or scum? have you read his filter yet? that is the first thing you should have done when trying to figure out all this mess

"who is going to be lynched" changes when there's an extra kill during the night. the only kill that chk/gene COULD make is a you kill, but then they have to trust me to not do any rereading and continue pushing for levi. they also get you off my back, and who the hell would do that anyways? but, no kill strongly suggests doctor, and if i'm the only power role, then holy fuck I'm suddenly confirmed town and I'm going to slow this day the fuck down and figure out where to go. so, counterclaim me, but... both had the chance to counterclaim, but didn't. solution? gene's cop claim with an innocent on chk. then chk is tied to gene's towniness, and gene's towniness has been pretty solid this whole game since you sure as hell aren't going to lynch him and they aren't going to kill you, sooo...

I think that it makes less sense as town to see someone who you suspect claim doctor and then let a lynch happen that isn't him when LyLo is the next day than pull off a CRAZY GAMBIT in LyLo when it's likely that none of it will be discussed. I think that the doctor counterclaim the next day, while bad, isn't an absolutely horrible move and at least has some thought process behind it as opposed to the next day doctor counterclaim that chk supposedly pulled.
