You should check out how many experienced players regularly play newbie games. They are usually well-played games. Mafia theory and the best strategies at various points in the game are discussed in good detail usually.

Sometimes you can tell town by who the scum vote for. It made no sense for him to vote for you instead of his attacker (shana). I could see scum last ditch and try and town confirm their buddy.
