The problem is the rule doesn't make real sense, logically the Mafia is never gonna be the reason for a no lynch, and it's more then likely going to be town fucking around.

So why penalize the scum for the town fucking around for too long?

was talking about 'vote must be bolded to count' rule, but we can talk about the drawing rule too.

scum already have an advantage in this setup; they should earn a win through persuasion, convincing town to vote. The only reason a No Lynch benefits scum in other games is because of the scum NK, without the NK in the equation a No Lynch would benefit neither side in other games.

Also, drawing gives scum motivation to be active and achieve a lynch, rather than lurk till deadline passes.

No lynch -> Night phase -> Scum win.

So all no-lynches should be scum wins by default.

Also that's totally not an "eh we should give Voided a win for that", you see your post after it's made; should have fixed it if he intended it to be a serious vote. I thought he was reaction testing, tbh.

I'm actually in complete agreement with this. A no-lynch at LyLo is a scum win in any other game; why shouldn't it be here?

As for Voided's vote, while I do feel pretty desperately bad that he had it right and lost anyways, a cursory glance at the post would show he messed up the formatting. I too thought he was reaction testing at the time.
