Like I said at the time of me just voting when I wasn't near the hammer I decided that was what I was happy to do. After the Malcolm and me unvote I changed my mind. Is that not allowed?

What you don't understand is that changing your mind is precisely why you're scum, because
given your behavior, changing your mind only benefits you if you are scum. If you are town your actions simultaneously cost us a lynch AND made you even scummier.

basically the run down is this.

> mutley encourages people to vote him to avoid a no lynch
> mutley votes himself twice in the run up
> he then changes to Goat and says he'll only vote himself if it's to hammer because he's wants to survive as long as possible.

the question here is this scum play or what? would scumMut encourage others to vote him when he had already garnered alot of votes?

the last > i've listed is pretty selfish and anti-town, sadly.

Woah! I do understand that. I don't disagree that it's not scummy. But I can't help it if
I decided to change my mind can I? I can only tell the truth about it.

So again I ask you. As you've ignored it yet I answer all your questions.
Would you rather me tell the truth to your questions about why I did it. Or make up a lie that fits your town reads?

I'm ignoring it because it's an irrelevant question. Whether you lie or tell the truth isn't my concern. I'll never be able to decipher which is which, so they are functionally the same FMPOV.

What I can decipher is which alignment your actions serve best, and again and again it comes up "scum." So until you start doing things that help a townie's wincon, you're a scumread.

Mac briefly mentioned it, but betting, gambles, wagers, and things of that nature are against site rules. If you keep bringing it up, Mutley, you're at risk of being modkilled. Cut it out. I want you dead, but not like that.
In post 1966, MonkeyMan576 wrote:The fact that you voted Mutley rather than Malcolm gives the impression that you are protecting him.
When? The only time that Malcolm really seemed like a legitimate lynch choice was right before GCBC got triple powerbombed. As the day came to a close, Goat and Mutley were the only two viable choices. Why would Goat vote for Malcolm at that time? How is Goat failing to vote for Malcolm viewed as him "protecting" Malcolm when Malcolm was in no danger and a vote for him would have accomplished nothing?
In post 1983, Mac wrote:Desp its a good point you make that my vote should be on sven technically but at this stage I feel it would be pretty counter productive to do so. Gonna wait and see what the replacement says.
How is a Sven vote counterproductive?
In post 1984, ferretlover wrote:Is there a replacement for Sven yet?
Yes.
In post 1986, Mutleyddmc wrote:I decided I was enjoying the challenge of this game so gave myself every possible chance to last longer. That meant only putting the hammer down.
Explain how this is a Town mindset. Explain how your presence is helping the Town reach its win condition.
In post 1999, Mutleyddmc wrote:Ferret because I have said many times I decided at that point I also like this game so would only hammer and not put myself at l-1
If you like playing this game so much and you're having so much fun, why are you still insisting that you'll hammer yourself if the opportunity presents itself?

I'm not sold on the genuineness of that entire spiel.
If Mutley could pull off a gambit like that as scum, he wouldn't be so shitty at keeping people from voting him.

I liked that you looked into his meta. Malcolm will stand united with his brothers, especially when they are being voted for their ethnicity.
In post 1927, Skullduggery wrote:And yet, you were confident enough that Goat was Scum to push for his lynch over Mutley's at the end of day one. Where did that confidence go?
There was confidence in mutley town, not Goat scum. Goat scum was a kise-ordered lynch that I liked yesterday. I'm not so sure I like it today, so I'm giving him room.

Malcolm had six or seven votes on him at one point before the daykill(including Goat). Then after the vote reset Goat's first vote was an OMGUS against Nero. This looks very opportunistic to me.

In post 1854, Darthe wrote:First and foremost, two votes on two strong town players this game. I would also like to note before I get into this that Ferret knows how to play mafia, and is not new to the game despite being new to site. This is important to note because he is making clearly basic mistakes and seems to be playing up his newness and experience simultaneously.
Why do you think he is attacking two strong town players, and why do you think those two players are town?
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:Here we see something not overtly scummy. However, it is notable because this is a player setting themselves up as a median.
I tell people to stop being stupid when they're being stupid regardless of my alignment. What is ferret doing as scum?
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:Random discusson about a breadcrumb and is arguing that early reveals are pro-town because of their effect on wigggle room? How did this slide?
Different mindset; that doesn't mean scum. Unless you think that he's experienced scum who is confident that he can change the opinion of the site meta while maintaining the image of the innocent newbie, it's not that good of a tell; it's just wrong. Early reveals are good in formats where plurality lynch rules and majority doesn't always go through because scum always like to claim near the end of the day so they can grab a few panic unvotes and not be in fear of being counterclaimed.
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:See now, this is why I called that earlier thing bullshanks (refer to {1}), because he has yet to vote anyone else and voted her on the policy of...pretty much nothing by his own admission?.. and then he is being submissive towards her.
I sort of agree with the submissive part, but that's distinctly a newscum scumtell and inconsistent with the rest of your case.
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:And then he votes Goat. It's been a while here, but pressure is off him and goat is getting traction so this is a vote "for being drunk". That is four throwaways in a row, not somethng I feel happens from townies, especially not ones who seem so involved in the game. Why is this person not casing or advocating anyone? Why does he not have reads? Why is he playing an erratic game? To avoid looking too false. That is literally the only reason that I can come up with that makes any sense, because for someone who "can't reply to the big pile of questions/casing/etc" made against him he is remarkably active.. and unfocused.
Just because you don't understand him doesn't mean that an explanation exists. I've never seen someone with a "I don't know what he's saying, thus scum" case actually hit scum.
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:Defending? Before you voted him for being drunk, then you said he appeared genuinely drunk (forgot to quote guys, sorry), now you're defending him for drunkenness because the act of intoxication somehow makes someones statements less likely to reflect their alignment in your eyes? This is again contrary with various things ferret stated before regarding his views on playrs, playstyle, scumminess, and the like. It doesn't add up at all for a player who is not inexperienced.
OK. So you think that this inconsistent thought process is coming from him because he's pretending to be bad? But, why play like that anyways? Why not just play well as scum?
In post 1854, Darthe wrote:In summation, this is why Ferret stuck out to me. He is trying to get by, but not helping town. While others are doing so as well his reads to me as the most false and manipulative example.
I see so much "this is bad" but not enough "this is scum". You haven't been helping town worth shit and now you're flying after an easy target.

The "he's really super experienced" argument is also bad because this isn't his first and only game. So he's forced to dumb down his play in every game for the sake of this one game? No.

@skull have I talked about it since mac said it?? No. He told me. I didnt want to break rules as I didnt know so it's stopped.

That wasn't town mindset as I explained. My own selfish mindset popped in. However as I said that would have been overruled if I was at L-1.

Because Like yesterday I will hammer. However I've decided I won't join the wagon. The hammer wasn't presented to me. So we got a NL.

"Welcome to the latest edition of Monday Night Raw, with me, Michael Cole, and here ringside alongside me, JBL. Talking points tonight still continue to be the Shield, and also whoever attacked the Rock on Friday Night's Smackdown."

"Come on Cole, it's obvious."

"Nobody has outright come and said they did it, though, so we can on speculate."

"Speculate, schmeculate you idiot."

"Tonight's Raw promises to be action packed, with the Shield still running about, and plenty of matches lined up."

"There sure is, and up first, we have the first ever undisputed champion of the world, the man of 1004 holds, Chris Jericho."

"I remember that list, JBL. Weren't most of them just Chris Jericho stood in the ring shouting ARMBAR!?"

"Sure was. Great memories from WCW, then he came to the WWE and was as dominant as anyone could be. Well, except me of course."

"Of course. Chris Jericho is up against the high flying Evan Bourne, who is returning to Raw after a long absence."

"Evan Bourne is a great young man. I've never seen anyone hit a more picture-perfect Shooting Star Press than this young talent. His risk taking has been missed from the WWE."

"Okay, I'll leave it up to Justin Roberts to announce our first match."

Justin Roberts steps into the ring, mic in hand.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, making his return from long-term injury, is Evan 'Air' Bourne!"

Evan Bourne's music hits, and he sprints to the ring, smile on his face. The crowd goes wild for the young man, as he climbs the turnbuckle, music blaring, crowd cheering.

The lights plunge into darkness. The countdown begins. Everyone's heads turn to look at the titan tron. It's the outline of a jacket, lit up with fairy lights. Chris Jericho's music hits, and boos ring around the crowd. The Canadian superstar makes his way to the ring as he smirks to the boos, when suddenly the lights drop again. The crowd falls silent.

The lights come back up, and Chris Jericho is surrounded by the Shield. They're beating the hell out of him. Evan Bourn goes to assist, but he's laid out by a spear from Roman Reigns. The Shield drags Jericho to the ring, where they lift him onto Reigns' shoulders. TRIPLE POWERBOMB. Jericho is out like the light. The Shield fades back into the audience, before anyone else has a chance to respond.
