Ugh, I'm ever so slightly starting to suspect extremely obnoxious town for ThAdmiral, but come on. You can't just say "I'm a power role." That defeats the entire purpose of claiming. It gives you absolutely no accountability during the night, and allows you to go about your scum business with any number or fake claims/reinterpretations of your actions available to you in the future.

Saying "I'm a power role" is not enough. ThAdmiral, we absolutely need information about you, so that we can track you during the night and determine whether your claim was a lie. And then if it was a lie, lynch you.

I swear, the nonsensical opinions that people let slide on this site. In any sane mafia meta, soft claiming a power role while you have a wagon building on you, and then refusing to give any more information would be instant lynch. It's basic strategy.

"If it's true he will be killed tonight anyway." Sure, IF it's true, and IF nothing else affects the kill ability that might be used on him. But we built this wagon because we thought he was scum. It's ridiculous to stop because he says "Um, yeah, I'm, uh, a power role, guys!" What, saying that is a free ticket for any scum who might get lynched?

If he fullclaims, on the other hand, then we can use that information to deduce his true alignment after night actions take place. He's stuck because it's not like he can reclaim something different. But if he doesn't full claim, then we just keep ourselves in the dark.

There seems to be this idea on this site that keeping all information out of the public view is somehow pro-town. That doesn't make sense. Scum already has extra information the town doesn't have. The town needs all the information it can get in order to lynch people who don't fit in properly to the inferred truth.

I didn't mean track in the literal sense, but rather we can keep track of the results of actions and determine from the information we gain whether ThAdmiral's claim is real or fake. If he doesn't tell us anything about it other than "power role," then we can't figure out if it is real or fake.

I agree that we need to pay for admission by going to L-1. Although randomly claiming also has its benefits sometimes, hah, but maybe not here.

no I don't know what you are talking about. The pgo claim was made during rvs, not under even mild lynch pressure.

She states that she originally likes my initial vote on Milkshake..i get heat from a few people for it saying that I’m copyrighting over their reasons. She then backs off and calls me scum for attacking Ghost (her scumread) and states that she’s in agreement with ThAd about me (Which ThAd never even clarified his reasoning). She conveniently puts Ghost as her first choice in scum, yet never once votes for him, or even mentions wanting to vote for him. But instead later comes back and states that he’s town for a post about not being able to triple vote. In her #578 She also states that she doesn’t understand the ThAd wagon, and is looking for a reason to stay off of it , which she conveniently finds in her #599, however, she has already mentioned that she would be moving her vote to a soft-claimed, which is pretty hypocritical. And yes, she knows damn well Demon is not getting lynched today…

I’m good with Ghost and MsM with ThAd being distant third…
i think ThAd has a better chance of flipping scum if MsM does...

I didn't have Ghost as first pick, never did. I had the three of you pretty much on equal footing and I couldn't figure out why I was scum-reading him, and I didn't like how you decided to go after him over me despite thinking I was scum.

and, you know, having two scum-reads start 1v1'ing really makes a person reconsider their reads, I backed down because I felt you were the scummier of the two

and yeah, I don't want to vote Thad, and I don't like the reasons on Thad scum. I think he's town, I don't understand the wagon on him, and I think it's shit.
