For me, overthinkers are people with incredibly transparent thought processes that make it hard for them to play scum. They have to focus on ALL the possibilities, but they're not necessarily paranoid.

So it's more likely that the scum killed Mac for being a part of the townblock (scum gotta break it up somehow unless I fucked up badly and they are afraid of protection), and vig killed Rev for being a millertracker, one would hope. Also a likely SK kill; not really a likely scumkill because he's still a possible mislynch.

I think we should at least look and see and talk about who might have been distancing/having ties to 2 after the lynch. As much as I'd love to lynch MS, TMT and Ven/don'tfuckingcare and SAD's not rocking me as well, it's not VERY possible all of them are scum, and it'd be a fascinating thing that if even two of those were scum in general.

Well first of all I really didn't like his exchange with Sajin. It felt like he was just attacking him due to OMGUS from this. But I really didn't like the way Venmar just came in here today and called Sajin town. It just feels so... off. Especially since he was angry yesterday, voted him, then all he really said about him is that he'll be revisiting him. So to answer someone's question of "Why is Sajin town again?" with almost like "because he is" is... weird. The response is not really adding up with someone who had a suspicion of him right at the end of the day before. Btw, if this is multiball, Venmar's over-explanation at the end of day 1 is extremely terrible (well, it is extremely terrible already, but if it's multiball it makes it scummy imo).

Nacho pointed out many reasons for Sajin to be town in post 1955. Venmar's 'because he is' was a horrible response and did feel a lot like he was riding shirt tails.

Interesting. I find paranoid players are more creative as scum; the paranoia itself takes a creative process and it's the centerpiece of their towngame, so they tend to gambit a bit more as scum. But this theory is not properly fleshed out yet, but. There you go. I'm going to be looking and that paranoia and diving into it, and if it's good, we're good.

his timing with his outrage. it was at a point where he was wanting to lead town with a gambit that he thought would for sure catch scum but was feeling slighted that no one was listening to him. I responded to him and tried to reach out to him but his blatantly ignoring me reads as townish cos I would think that if he was going to pursue the sulkey angle as scum he would not have dropped it (it would give scum great cover to hide behind that particular aTe). frustrated town would would though

So, I am split on AJ. Don't get me wrong, I still believe AJ is town, but my townreads ( namely Nacho ) believe AJ to be scum, which makes me doubt my own read. I tend to put at least 1 scum into my townreads pretty much every game, so I wouldn't be surprised if AJ was actually scum, but in this case I feel confident in my own personal townread, which I trust more especially because of how quick AJ's wagon took off. I don't feel confident in this wagon is the overall conclusion I have come to I think.

Now, Rachmaries #2769 strengthens my scumread on her. That vote looked like blatant wagonhopping, and thus opportunistic. She sees Nacho and Orc jump the gun on AJ, sees the potential of the speed of the wagon, and jumps on by glorifying Nacho and BnB. ( Fun fact, Rachmarie is the 3rd vote on the wagon, a spot I constantly see held by a scum player at least more than... 70% of the time. This is a textbook tell to me that is pretty reliable. )

- A quick ISO of her history with AJ shows to be kind of disappointing. Her views on AJ look very paper thin and weak. She votes for AJ in #1927 for questionable reasons. "not looking at everyone" and "just a few points on a few peeps" are very vague statements, and the words "and yeah" gives me the tone that she isn't confident in the read, thus making me think it is paper thin.

- Following up on the above, following her vote she makes literally NO effort to push her vote and scumread of AJ. In #2192 she spends a whole post talking about townreads and things aimed at her, but when it comes to her scumread of AJ, she says nothing at all. Following up posts about AJ, such as #2283 and #2504, are as equally vague and non-helpful. Rachmarie makes no effort to pursue her "scumread" of AJ, which makes me think she doesn't actually believe in AJ being scum.

• This also gives me the impression that Rachmarie is playing close to the vest. Rachmarie has been playing Under The Radar for the majority of this game I think.

- A small point I would like to mention. Rachmarie believes in AJ to be scum, but makes no mention of AJ at all in her little "catchup" post to me. Including what looks like your game long scumread and vote in your summary strikes me as a townie thing to do, but she doesn't do so. Interesting to say the least. ( #2324 is the catchup post, for those of you who are interested. )

- I disagree with whoever said this is Rach's townmeta ( I think it was Nacho? ). Town Rach to my knowledge is way more involved in the game than this. As town, she actually tries to prove things and make some sort of difference, but she has had ( from what I can tell ) little impact on the course of the game, period. If my memory serves me right, lurkish behaviour is also a part of her scummeta.

- Probably the strongest point here: Gut. Her posts strike me as scummy via gut. Yeah...

BTW why are we ruling out a vig? I could very well see a vig shooting Rev there was certainly plenty of confusion on his slot and there were peeps who were not sure about his claim, especially the tracker part. Miller was kinda believable but tracker meh, (NOT claiming vig BTW).
