I never called MonkeyMan576 town--other people have. I said that I thought he was less scummy than ferretlover. I specifically noted that we're in multiball and so one of them being scum doesn't preclude the other from being scum:

...what information do you expect to get from such a lynch? Sounds like you're more looking to hop on and conveniently not have a real reason the next day. Which makes me skeptical of the wagon, as I don't see MonkeyMan576 reacting quite like he has as scum in the past.

And I'm not liking the ArcAngel9-ferretlover pile-up on Desperado.

ArcAngel9, my sense is that in games where you're town, you tend to appeal to other people who you think are town to try to get them to agree with you. Yet here you have no town reads at all (yourself doesn't count) and have a huge pile of players in neutral and null, whatever the difference is there for you? What gives?

You're far from my main scumread. I tried my best to get an Arc wagon started but basically no one bit (or even commented on my case), and given the choice between Monkey, you, or myself, you were the lynch for me.

You know that feeling? It's a cliched trope, even. Of being the new guy in town. The new guy who should be shown the ropes? The new guy who the townies all ignore? The new guy who is apparently ignorant to the state of the game? And yet, in truth, this new guy brings a perspective which proves absolutely vital to the town's survival? That his outside perspective actually makes him more competent than those who have been there the whole time?

...Yeah, that one. (Let's just call it Jack Carter syndrome, since we're dealing with a metaphor that involves a town. ) That's going through me right now. It's not a feeling I get very often. Heck, I think the last time I had it was Underground Mafia, replacing in as triple-confirmed-town and reversing what would have been a perfect scum victory into a neck-and-neck race. (Had the town followed my plan, we actually would have won! But since my mason partner failed to convey the final part of the plan after I died, and then they died, the town mislynched in 3p lylo despite my having correctly nailed the entire scumteam pretty much in my opening post. )

Seriously, guys. Stop lynching Darthe. Don't lynch ferret. Don't fall into the false dichotomy that we only have those two (or Desperado as a popular third choice) available. Contrary to popular belief, yes, we CAN get a darkhorse lynch to go through with the time we have, and--contrary to popular belief--it CAN be on scum. But we have to work together, and channel our votes carefully. We canNOT divide them. Not with trivial pursuits, not with the wagons we don't want (Darthe/ferret/Desperado), and not by dividing our attention.

Let's narrow it down. I've got strong scum candidates in penguin_alien, Mac, and The Goat. We CAN get a lynch on one of them, but we can't get a lynch on all three of them, so we need to focus our efforts. Seriously. Help me. Choose, right here, right now, between those three. Most to least. You can help lynch scum, but to do it, you need to WORK WITH ME, HERE. And keep an open mind!

My preference from strongest to least is listed above, for the record--I would most prefer a penguin_alien lynch, I would also like a Mac lynch, and I'm willing to compromise on a TheGoat lynch.
