That leaves 15 people.

That leaves 13. If we are to believe that Mutley is telling the truth, he's Kofi Kingston.
That leaves 12. We're gonna eliminate Brock Lesnar and CM Punk, as they are likely part of the Heyman team.
Can we run through 12 more WWE superstars who were more relevant than Sin Cara at the time the game was started?

Even if we eliminated heels, I'm pretty sure we'd go a few more characters before we got to Sin Cara. Just my thinking.
