Or maybe you should lynch Bacde because we had a game where we were scum together and won and he's been playing since 2005 so if he was scum,mhe'd be a great maniulator, riiiight? What is my point? Oh yeah. Stop using statistics, every game is independent from each other. Use scumminess to determine whether you should lynch someone not use useless outdated statistics. You do not lynch perceived bad players (and not to kiss ass or anything but I dont think you've been here long enough to start calling longstanding members of the community "bad players"), you lynch scum.

Bob, that whole"Besides, if I called you scum, you'd have an explanation for Bob is scum too" kinda makes me think yiu just called me town to appease me or something because you know Im town? The wording is weird, like youre saying "I know you, and Im calling you town instead of scum because either way youre going to have a case against me". I lol'd at the exaggerated part but seriously, the win con itself says "You win when all threats to town have been eliminated" unless youre a threat to town, you dont need to survive to win. It says nothing about "you need to stay alive to win". But okay, assuming you are town, who are your top scum reads and please pressure them instead of just defending yourself and doing nothing but defending yourself.

Also pretty happy with a Bob lynch. Finding it hard to imagine how his answer makes sense... the town role PM also doesn't explicitly say "The game doesn't need to go to day 4 for town to win", or anything else vaguely related to the game, so why is "town don't need to be alive to win" something that needs to be stated?

Can somebody please explain the CDB case, from my skim and vague memory of the game I don't really understand the case.

He didn't. He indirectly contradicted himself. The terrible thing is that I actually really hate it when people use words like "directly" to emphasize. It literally makes my blood boil.

As for the contradiction, "Let's VOTE: and see if he slips again" either means "I'm voting on Rika, because it will make a future slip more likely if he's scum" or "I'm voting on Rika just in case he'll slip in the future. If that happens, I won't have to change my vote. Isn't that convenient?" The latter is stupid, so I'm going to assume it isn't what NS meant to say. The former reason doesn't make much sense either, as yessirree pointed out, and apparently it isn't what NS meant; he went on to say he doesn't expect a slip just because he votes on him. There doesn't seem to be another way to explain NS's reason to vote on Rika, so it isn't the real reason. Why would NS make up a reason to vote on Rika if he's town?

Can somebody please explain the CDB case, from my skim and vague memory of the game I don't really understand the case.

I think it's pretty clear why we suspected CDB. My theory is that you chose to ignore it because it's similar to the behavior you displayed. You couldn't say: "CDB is town because I did the same thing and I'm town" or "yeah CDB is scum because he didn't post very much" without sounding like a hypocrite and fixing attention on yourself. The thing is, I don't think townsfolk would even considered if it'd make them sound suspicious.

Yessirree, you won't persuade a majority by being aggressive and pushy. Yeah, I voted on NS, but part of me is still hoping you're wrong just so you don't get to tell us you told us so. I honestly think that we'd have lynched NS by now if you'd presented your arguments in a more civilized manner.

In his town games he seemed more conservative, in his scum games more aggressive. As far as I looked his play here seems closer to his scum play.

I noticed that in an earlier game pepper asked how to be more town in the end-game, clearly he wanted to be seen as town. Wanting to be seen as town was a argument for voting gene.

He felt the need to clarify in post #290 why the goal isn't to stay alive. While pushing to lynch Bob for that reason.


Case on NS seems to be summarized by; NS voting Rika because he didn't know why he FoS'd Rika earlier.

I don't see it as scum evidence directly, but it might be 'fluff' posting. Making useless posts with FoS/votes to seem more active/involved in scumhunting then he actually is. Haven't seen enough of it to vote him for it.

Bob, your reason for voting NS just seems like a bandwagon vote with terrible reasoning. He's voting Rika because he could slip, and you think its a dumb reason. But no town needs to slip, only scum slip. You guys are focusing on a vote e followed through an FOS. Here's the thing, scum would love not to be noticed, so they go on with the easy wagon, which is why a case on NS jumping from bw to bw with CDB first and Bob second, would have made more sense on your part Bob, but no. You just keep attacking the Rikalbu FOS vote, maybe its because you dont want to look like you suspect NS after he voted you and be called for OMGUS no?

Pebro, I think in that game your referring to, I was asking because in endgame I was the lynch that killed town. You know why? Because I was so conservative, I looked scummy.
