Looks like we've lost some posts, which is unfortunate. As some of you may recall, mnemonicdevice had just voted for Zhero. Care to give us an explanation?

I have a couple quick announcements to make:

1. Deadline will be reset to make up for the loss of posts and time. The new deadline will be (expired on 2013-07-14 23:00:00)

2. Prod timers will be reset. Due to the nature of the downtime, I will allow 96 hours before the first prod check. This is to allow people some breathing room in case they don't find out the site is back up right away. Also, N64Lord had confirmed and posted before the boards went down, and thus will not have to reconfirm.

I hope these result in a better experience for everyone involved while we transition back to normal. Please let me know if there are any other problems or concerns.

I believe that question was directed towards mnemonicdevice, although looking over my phrasing I guess that was only implied instead of implicit.

I always find it strange when somebody answers a question that was intended for another player? Don't you think mnemonicdevice is a big boy capable of answering his own questions? Why does he need you to answer for him?

At any rate, I would like to know why you assumed it was an OMGUS vote, but I don't want you to answer that until mnemonicdevice explains the real answer.

Judging by the join date, Pitoli is more experienced than MD, if they are on the same scum team, it could be some type of coaching.

And what would I be hoping to communicate to mnemonic in my "coaching" posts?

Usually more experienced scum players don't want less experienced scum players to say stupid things to hurt their team.

I didn't look at your join date to determine your alignment, I looked at your answering another players question AND your join date.

And I haven't determined anything, it's obviously speculation at this point. You're more scummy than anyone else, and this is page 2, so there you go.

Mnemonic asked everybody a five-question survey. I believe the questions were:

    1) Why did you pick your username?
    2) Are you scum?
    3) What is your favorite Mafiascum game?
    4) Don't remember this one
    5) Do you think I (HC) did the Burma Shave thing just to be annoying?

A few people answered with varying degrees of helpfulness, and there was a minor discussion about whether random questionnaires are scummy or not.

I think that's everything of note.

Now the thing is, is that Zhero's response was deleted to my questionnaire, which was my main vote change reason. I also just wanted to see how he would react.

Coaching is advising your scumbuddy what to do in game.

It didn't seem like an accusation to me, merely a statement, and if it was an "accusation", accusing him and not voting him is just as scummy.

Yeah it was an observation, not really an accusation. I think OMGUS is in itself a null tell, everybody (town and scum) does it at some point.
