Amid the noisy accusations of the crowd, you hear the jingling of keys on the other side of the door leading into the giant banquet hall, where all of you have been congregating.
A harried man walks in with a worried look on his face. "I've come to see what we've learned about this mess. This awful mess!" He scans the room slowly until his eyes see Deckard hogtied in a corner. The man's face lights up.
"Wonderful!" the man says as he beams at the crowd. "You found out of the culprits already!" He claps his hands as he walks over to Deckard. "I never thought that we would find out so early who was behind the---" he stops as he notices the blank stares of the crowd and the uneasy shuffling of feet.
"You...you do all know why you're locked in here? The Chair of the Village Fundraiser was found murdered not that long ago in an effort to sabotage the Village's development plans?"
More blank stares.
"...And that we know that only people in this room could have done it?" He looks at the crowd uneasily. "I mean.. you DID hogite him because you thought he was guilty of being involved with the Chair's demise, right....right? You wouldn't just hogtie someone for NO reason..."
His voice trails off as he thinks about what to do. Finally, he shakes his head and says, "Yes, yes that's the only explanation. I will take this man out at once."
The man walks over to Deckard and scoops him up and carries him out of the room, locking the door behind him once more.
Moments later, the man shouts out from the other side of the door in a jubilant voice, "By jove, you did it! You found one! Keep up the good work and maybe you'll be out in time for the next fundraiser we're putting together!"

The official deadline to get your night actions in is in (expired on 2013-07-04 17:00:00)
However, please note that I will be away for an extended Fourth of July weekend starting tomorrow night until Monday morning, July 8. I will do my best to start the day from the road as soon as possible after the deadline passes (but, if able, will likely be no earlier than the morning of July 5). Although I reserve the right to start the day any time after the official deadline ends, if I receive your night action (or revised night action) after the official deadline ends but before I reopen the day, that action will count.
Remember you can submit your night actions as often as you want.
After the man leaves, the group looks at each other with renewed suspicion. Exhausted, though, from such a long day, the group slowly drifts apart to separate parts of the banquet hall to fall asleep for the night.
At daybreak, you each wake up from pounding on the other side of the door.
"VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT MUST CONTINUE! FIND THOSE CULPRITS!"
Groggily, the group slowly brings themselves together, but notice that their numbers are smaller than they were the night before. Eyes quickly scan the banquet hall to find two bodies permanently at rest.
