BUT. that is what gives me pause. scum fakeclaims are usually much better crafted but with a seasoned player they can appear flawless. metal's didn't. so the only scum motivation behind steamrolling a claim when he was going down would be if he thought amrun was a special and he wanted to offer up his scum team a tasty treat to nk.

I didn't get that from the way he went about it but I could be wrong.

Read #483 and #484, they have very little if any scum motivation behind them imo, scum wouldn't try to "unvig" at that stage of the gambit, you don't do half-measures on gambits and is proof MS was terrible at executing it, and I think this is town gambit rather than scum gambit. I think MS had no scum motivation to make that gambit at that stage of the game when it was unneeded, I think it was town motivated, just terribly executed, aimed, and done.
