I pretty much agree on all your points, though. Boxxy feels like scum who's playing it safe, chipping in reiterations of what's already been said every few days, and not providing any really good scumhunting or dangerously pushing mislynches. If anything, I could see Boxxy as a scum PR.
Mod already said he's done answering things like that in-thread.
So if TIP gets a response in a message/private thread, it's info we can't use, since it's still only available to TIP.

@TIP: I know that you mean Desperado, there's no reason to beat around the bush. When I ask you to reiterate, I mean just that. State your case. Use in-game evidence. If he's scum, his posting betrays that. All scum have holes, big and small. Find them. You making and reiterating a case does two things for town--it lets us know your motivations and it gives us trajectory so that we can soundly analyze your posts over the course of the game to determine your alignment and process. Also, you tracking Desperado every night could end horribly. He could easily swap you and another player, couldn't he? If you are both the PRs you claim to be, it behooves town for you to use your powers to root out scum, rather than fight among yourselves.
