I don't necessarily think that AV's inactivity is a scumtell coming from him - he's more than welcome to correct me if wrong but my impression is that he's quite busy generally and signed up to this game because of the flavour rather than because he had loads of time for it.

Lots of people have shit reads in this game and they can't all be scum. I haven't gone into details on a lot of my reads and that isn't because I'm trying to make them up. I just don't think it's that weird. And there are enough other people who are scummier anyway.

Every time I've had a few moments here and there to catch up with the game I've just groaned in frustration. The days run on too long; I want a flip. But I don't like the wagon you guys have created. (Although I realize I don't have room to talk cuz I haven't been much help.) If one of you on the wagon would just admit that you're lynching metal sonic because you're annoyed, I'd probably be less annoyed. I could understand it if that's what you're doing, but the tripping over yourselves to call him scum so you don't have to admit that you're enacting a day one policy lynch is frustrating. I think your annoyance with him is even coloring your reads of other people, namely Generic who is suspicious. Metal's case isn't the greatest but it's so completely obvious that he believes it it's not funny and he raises some good points.

I was trying to use bold type to scare him into doing more. That's why I FoSed him earlier on when I was voting for someone else - I almost never bother with FoSing anymore because, y'know, it's kinda dumb, but I thought I would try it just to make it clear that he had to pull his socks up. I think it's pretty obvious here that I really was annoyed that the guy was focusing only on himself and not making an effort to really look at anyone else's alignment so I upgraded to a vote.

I think he's clearly broadened his view of the game in that way since, although I still think he's carried himself really unacceptably rudely, which is why I want him out of the game so as to make it actually fun. In an ideal world we'd lynch scum today and a hypothetical vig would shoot him tonight, which you know because you quoted the post, which came after I got pissed off and voted for him.

I was mostly voting for him in the hopes that it might make him play better rather than because I had a scumread. I find him hard to read and, to be quite honest, I've outright ignored most of his more recent posts.

I guess it doesn't matter anymore, but I read that the opposite. In nightless he wrote a whole big post about why he was confirmed town and shouldn't ever be voted. He was lynched soon after that. He's not a scum mastermind and I don't see him talking about his AP essay writing skills as scum. Also, his appealing to the town and to me, Nacho, and whoever else he did read really town. I just don't see scum metal sonic approaching it that way, maybe someone else, but not him.
