With Serene, yes. I REFUSE to go full retard over the internet. Anyone else though, I'm willing to banter and fight with because I can pick apart any legit argument thrown my way and THAT'S my issue with Serene... No actual, factual, analysis or banter... You are fucking useless and are completely oblivious to how anti-town you are

This is DGB, yes? And so was the person who posted that Nero was probably town right before he flipped?
Both were DGB, yes, although I did have input as to the content of the post where she announced we read him as town. But then, I've long publicly advocated lynching a town read if their presence hinders the game. Difference between me and her is that I won't admit it until post game.

And yes, I too read Nero as town, and no, I'm not sorry he got lynched. I do agree with DGB that every fucking wagon this town pushes winds up getting brakes to it whenever someone has a slight town read.

Had Nero not been lynched, day 1 would have been 179 pages long. But instead of analyzing his wagon for the people who FABRICATED a reason to read him scum, all most of you have done is whine about one person who read him town and said so.

My reads must not be too god damn bad, because a lot of my own scum reads have been getting pressure. Ank. BulbaFenix. You may not like my methods, and you may not like the fact that I'm in a hydra with DGB, but guess fucking what? Whining about it won't make me any less right or wrong.

BulbaFenix is pretty clearly flailing right now, and I don't know what possessed DGB to think he's town, but I assure you I read that slot as scum. I've wavered on it myself, but this is the conclusion I'm at. If I have to convince DGB of that, then fine. If I have to tear into them, then fine. But it's one of my strongest reads at the moment.

Absolutely scum.

I'm 100% certain.

I'm starting to think that BFenix's self-wagon analysis was just a ploy. I asked

Now, orcinus has a "slight town read" on BFenix which means that the wagon will halt and won't get a claim.

Syr and I have spent a ridiculous amount of time discussing BulbaFenix. We both think he's scum and we don't want his wagon to fade.

I still want to know how goat can say our reads have been wrong, when there has been exactly one lynch. The only way he can know which reads are wrong on living players is if he already knows their alignment.

I found a person who fabricated a scum read on Nero

You.

I read Fery's walls and did a hugeass ISO of bulba. I have no meta knowledge but I am still queasy about this for a few reasons.
Mac: yes, Mac was scummy, yes okay that is currently my largest reason to scumread bulbafenix
Forced hydra dissonance: Im comparing this with selkies and I'm not getting anything out of the ordinary
Meta: Seems to me like meta won't be of any help since im getting the vibe that bulba at least is very good at being scum

I think overall aside from the Mac analysis you are mostly seeing what you want to see. I mean you say stuff like "Stuff that may strike a townie as off may not draw any attention from a scum player because they know the post is coming from a town player.", but there's a very likely flip side to this argument which is "scum try to look for anything at all that may seem off because they need to find scum reads", and you fail to demonstrate why the former is more likely than just town that missed something

2695:
No bulba wasn't sheeping you, otherwise I wouldn't be in null and I don't think you were town reading BRO. This is off the top of my head but I feel like it's a weak point to base a scumread on. You said that a problem with the post was that it didnt have the sense of a new town player--I would disagree. I like serene and i being in null (I mean you even say that serene's predecessor is something really really town in that same post). I don't remember TIP being universally town.

I mean, it's like you attack them for not being controversial enough with their reads and then you attack them for pushing serene and for being tone-deaf

There's one thing in favor of bulba being scum though. I do not think that anybody would genuinely talk down to their partner in-thread like that. It stuck out to me when I first saw it and I thought it was interesting. I think it is scum theater. I do not think bulba has forced hydra dissonance. Their dissonance is fine. It's the way they interact in thread, with one head publicly suppressing the other that bugs me

Ill sleep on this and get back in the morning

Orcinus think about the AtE in recent posts, too. Syr has played with town-Bulbazak. He's seeing some major differences in this game.

Bulba, just on the odd chance that you are town, could you actually give us VCA on the other wagons? We have three days left, and unless everyone magically agrees on Stevie (Or another good idea...)

Also nobody is answering about the vig shots but I suppose at least nobody opposes to me not shooting Ank.

If we live, I'll use the night phase to go over the major wagons. If we die, then you have my analysis to find scum. If you ignore that, then I'll sit in the dead QT and laugh at the town while they destroy themselves.
In post 3409, Rift Adrift wrote: Syr and I have spent a ridiculous amount of time discussing BulbaFenix. We both think he's scum and we don't want his wagon to fade.
Then you must have some good reasons. I'd like a condensed case please.

This is our first time in a hydra, and as a result, the hydra is teething. Apparently, I don't play well with others. We're working on it.
In post 3413, Rift Adrift wrote:Syr has played with town-Bulbazak. He's seeing some major differences in this game.
Syr has been in 2 completed games where I was town. In Voided, DGB was starting to wear me down when Syr replaced in. By the middle of d3, I had accepted that I was going to die, and I decided that I would take DGB, who I thought was scum, down with me and began trolling the crap out of them. In Jungle Republic, I was beginning to suffer from burnout and was apathetic for the entire game. Several people who had played with me before in that game noted that I was not playing to my usual standards. If Syr is using that as a basis for my play here, he has a bad sample to work with.

-Bulba

P-edit: Koopa, you have my answer about the analysis. As for Ank, I'd advise that you don't shoot him during the night. If he is not NK'd, get a result from him. Town shouldn't lynch him tomorrow, either, but you should vig. him on n3 to save town the lynch. If Ank dies during n2 and flips cop, though, you have confirmed town in Baby Spice.

Here's the thing, everyone on this site knows I'm mostly a gut / reaction player. It's why I can string up scum without building lengthy cases.

My strongest scum reads right now are you, goat, ank. My read on you has been expressed many times and though you feel my reasoning is shit, it doesn't change my read. Goat because I feel he has been selective with his participation, and used my slot as an excuse not to post comprehensively. Ank I already explained way earlier, and frankly I think his claim is bullshit. Further down the line, calcifer is scum, although DGB and Head X see it more strongly than me. It's a very nagging gut feeling for me. Further, I didn't like Marquis' play for the little bit he's done: plus wasn't he TWOPDJFKRIDN or whatever? My rule of thumb is that there's always one in the lurkmass.

I go back and forth on Orc and Stevie, I feel currently that Orc is town. Not sure about Stevie, gone back and forth on him a lot. Shadi is town, but DGB thinks my town read on him is too meta based. Dram is town, obviously, but not by play. If he weren't my mason, I'd be looking at him. Rift is town, still. I personally see Ceph and BRO as town but they're weaker town reads than rift.

Anyone I've forgotten probably isn't worth thinking about at the moment

Meh, goats always been in the back of my head as a member of the lurkmass but my view of him as strongly scum came a bit after that post. You know, when he had nothing to add except complaints and then slipped about my reads.
