I'm fine with massclaim with the caveat that the tracker should claim VT unless the tracker sees some information that doesn't mesh with results OR Doctor claims first. One of the combinations we need to watch out for is Tracker/One-Shot Bulletproof which would be really bad to massclaim, and this means that we'll be pretty set even if we have this setup.

The doctor/tracker speculation bothers me.
Is he was Bp, Why bother bringing it up?

On one hand he could be the bulletproof and was just warning the tracker not to reveal himself, knowing a doc wouldn't claim.

If he is scum: He made a statement that could work with either a jailkeeper or a doctor revealing themselves (He knew there was one). If a doc had claimed he had bought himself time to claim later after claiming VT today. If a jailkeeper claimed then he could reveal himself as a bulletproof and have a statement posted earlier to back himself up.

Ok, so who has claimed so far?

I'm VT just for clarity.

Well the list of those we lynch from are Stubbs, me, miss stranger, me flay and feel it.

Champ and nacho are off limits. Bear in mind nacho is unCCed unless miss stranger points out she is BP. So both are cleared on that.

Any CC that came in narrows down the scum to just two people so nacho I'm sure isn't that stupid.

So we have a roleblocker out there to find then. For me scum is one of Stubbs, mr flay and feel it, but can't rule out miss stranger.

We lynch one of them, champ blocks one of the others, we see where we are at in day phase. Unless we choose right no of course in which case yay

But you know what's bothering me? Gen wolf pitching that stupid idea that mafia are deliberately no lynching. He also suggested we do the same back!

We get at most now 3 lynches. I see 4 people it could be with miss stranger only a part of that through simply not knowing like I do with the other two. Mr flay for me today, and unless MS drops a CC in on nacho I'm not changing.

If nacho is a normal scum then he knows there is no bulletproof in the game and has free range to claim it.

Think about it, two nights without a kill? If nacho was targeted once and it failed the mafia would move on to someone else the next night, either me or champ for example. A 2nd no kill night means either stupid mafia or nacho is mafia.

Now that I've reread I think the best course of action is a no lynch today.

Worst case scenario is that we end up in exactly the same scenario tomorrow as we are in right now.

That's... an interesting idea. I can certainly see a world where scum would target Nacho twice (they would know BP is a risk), but his play has been REALLY intermittent, and avoiding a game in massclaim and deadline yesterday is not wise. He should know better.

That said, I need to think about the odds more and will post more comprehensively tonight when I am not on my phone.

I think you are opening a can of worms with the no lynch. Even of we don't lynch today if mafia get one through we are left with just two lynches to get it right instead of three.

I think the no lynch idea sucks personally, but see if the rest agree.
