All three of us, could have hammered, ending the game and securing a perfect scum win.

But we didn't. so, in the case that TIP is town, jmo, tamuz, and wolf is town because they didn't hammer.

Okay cool. Then in the town pile we have TIP, JMO, Tamuz, and Gen Wolf. In the null pile is N64 because he did not post while TIP was at L-1.

But something is wrong here, There are two scum alive. so two of those people listed are scum. So, jmo, Tamuz, and Gen wolf aren't scum today because we didnt hammer, and win the game.

Whats that mean? well, it could mean someone is trolling and didnt hammer when they could have. But it also means that TIP is scum. No one hammered him. Scum would have hammered if he was town. There are two scum, and out of the four players (counting TIP out) there is one scum left(because TIP is scum). Boom.
