What are your "null and town" reads in order from town to scum sundy?
I don't agree with creating ranked lists. here is my view on the players i didn't address explicitly.
Jake: definitely better than mozamis. Every time that latter name popped up, I had forgotten they were in the game, which is bad bad bad. But Jake's posts gave me a good gut feeling. why? he sticks to his guns. specifically the points where he questioned Amrun (seemed like real thinking there), and his refusal to give a complete list of 3 scum. what worries me about Jake is he started speculating amrun/tip/kid a in
405, then arguing that there's only 2 scum possible in the setup in
489. then also in 545 he throws a bit of shade towards spicer, and he's also throwing a bit of shade to darox. this could either be town driving in on what he thinks is scum by keeping his mind open, or scum trying to cause a lynch and prepping other options in people's minds. hard to say. what i DON'T like the most is the contradiction between saying it's a 2 scum game and speculating a 3-scum team, the rest i think is good or ambiguous
notscience: participates a lot, but in very short posts. some useful ones mixed in there. main piece i liked was the TIP controversy when everyone was up in arms about a policy lynch.
KidA: i don't understand a lot of his logic in how he's switching reads in the beginning of the game. however he improves significantly. townie posts include #420 and #547, where he makes detailed cases on mr flay and notscience. indicates thought. only possibly scummy thing is that he's doing it after pressure's on him.
gorckat I like. i didn't early in the game, with a lot of talking about policy and content-less posts and an obvious spicer vote. however, then he took all the time on the notscience case and eventually unvoted. indicates townie thinking through things.
re: Amrun/Flay, i am ending more on the amrun side. There's parts of her big post I don't agree with, but the frustration seeping off her appears to be real. I am not a fan of Flay's response, which is basically "why can't anyone play mafia correctly" and "i'm so angry" and "your analysis is shit". there is not much explaining his behavior that she called out, e.g., why he calls something town and then calls the same thing scum later on. the impression i get from both of them, unfortunately, is that they're not being entirely truthful because they want to fish for reactions so they are establishing opinions they don't actually believe. imo transparency is the best town tactic, but good players do sometimes resort to these kinds of fireworks
given where we are on the day, i don't understand why more people aren't voting darox. it's a total win-win situation: if he's telling the truth, he'll prove it (and he won't have an opportunity to use it day 2 because if he is town, scum will probably kill him for claiming PR) and end the wagon, and if he's lying, then he's lying scum. more votes on this wagon please.
