You might be right. I dunno how to even sort through all this. But I think the arguments against Elyse are weak and she looks pretty solid and consistent in ISO.

I don't know. The gamestate in general made me think that's what's happening. That or both Grim and Elyse were town (scum would still be waiting in that case), in which case we were doomed anyway.
I'll share though that Majiffy in particular made me think that he's bussing Elyse with a shit case so that Grim gets lynched instead (reverse psychology).

Eventually the expedition reached a clearing in the jungle, and their spirits lifted. Here was the fabled site of the legendary Temple Games! Surely the Hidden Temple was nearby! After some careful searching, the group found eight Pendants of Life, which according to legend were necessary to find the Temple. However, with nine people and only eight pendants, somebody would have to be left behind. Elyse was accused of being a Temple Guard and was denied a Pendant.

The expedition was down to eight. But something was wrong. Despite the absence of Elyse, nobody felt any safer...
