I actually don't find him OP in lane. I see him run top in LCS a couple of times, but don't think he actually performed THAT great? (and I never ran him top myself). Imo though he's strongest in the jungle. Max out e and your ganks will be hell for the other team.

my favorite thing to do when ganking bot is go to the one corner by the tri and river (inside of it) and jump over the wall into the lane because of the sheer "HOOOOOSHIT"

Lee always has and always will be a strong choice

Nautilus is tanky as god and his CC is legendary

In other news, I am still of the opinion that if you're any good with skill shots, Cho'gath is one of the best junglers in the game. Nunu of course is super strong too. I jungled him starting at like level 6 and was fine. If you can't jungle, just duo top lane. There's really no established meta at low levels. People play what they want, where they want, and that's fine. Learn game mechanics and how to play champions. Find who you like and keep playing/practicing with them.

On a more personal note, I'm probably going to get Nami next, even though I'd bet she's in line for a FotM nerf before too long. I've also decided to start committing to a smaller selection of champs to get better at, rather than becoming a jack of all trades, but master of none.

I tell myself this so often. Then I either give in to temptation or pick stupid champions to master (for instance, I once spent a week or two getting really good with Galio, and then realized I couldn't play him in 90% of games; I also went hard for remake Karma, who of course turned out to be awful).

That said, there are only 13 champions I will play in ranked barring extenuating circumstances or sudden bouts of stupid. That includes Karthus, who I don't really play anymore, and Nunu jungle, where I try to avoid jungle at all costs.

My ranked champions consist of Maokai, Zac, and EVERY SUPPORT KNOWN TO MAN.

I mean, I guess for the most part I stick to a handful of champs in ranked. I just need to narrow it down a bit more, and stop playing THE MOST RANDOMEST CHAMPS in Normals and practice mechanics with the champs I already feel comfortable with.


EDIT: FOR EXAMPLE, I never ever ever play Alistar in Normals, yet in ranked he's somehow my most played support.
