Thor -- I asked you those questions for a reason. For example, you're doing a lot of calling the OGML case/wagon "bad" in an incredibly nonspecific way. Is it bad because the case is poor or because OGML is town? You have said you "loathe" the case on OGML without even commenting on the originator of the case. Answer my questions, please.

Absolutely not. Wayne laid down the meta case against GiF. As for you, your over the top reactions and general behavior in the thread make me paranoid enough. Then, there is Thor's case which is decent but I don't fully trust Thor. I have bigger fish to fry than you. I might change my mind in the mean time.In post 1281, Sugar Cain wrote:
WHAT is this?In post 1274, Jon Doe wrote:Sugar and OGML are both consistent with how the nightkills went down.
This is basically, after the Trust Fund flip, I would expect scum to start attacking us hard for no reason. Given the fact both of you have voted us, you being scum is consistent with my view of how the nightkills went down.
So that's the only reason you suspect us other than "Sugar and GIF being the most talked about in the thread"Sugar's voting pattern has been erratic at best.- Jon Doe

Well...yeah, that and also you don't actually have a sensible case, so it behooves you not to tout it based on its own merits. In post 1291, No Brains Here wrote:See what I did? Thor is scum wasting my time, he's not reading the game, he's just pushing some manufactured scum agenda - just like OGML. I'm not trying to convince him.
How about you finish this sentence 'Thor's case is a logical fallacy because (_____________) and the name of the fallacy is (___________) or it's one I just created and can be best described as (______________)?In post 1293, MattP wrote:So then instead of posting snarky one-liners that are more showy than practical to a normal conversation, explain EXACTLY what you need from me.
I actually feel like you're manufacturing the confusion - we've already established that you're making up your own definitions, and now you're acting like short answers are confusing. I could post paragraphs for everything, I suppose, but then you claim to skim. So...meh. Read better. In post 1293, MattP wrote:I've been confused now multiple times with things you've been trying to say, and yet you're making no attempt to try to communicate better to me. Stop posting 3 words per response.
In a perfect world I'd no everyone's alignment. In post 1293, MattP wrote:I would like to imagine you wouldn't be this muddled about my alignment. In a perfect world
When have we ever had a game where I was town that I acted with brilliant insight into your alignment and/or actions?
Deserves is a loaded word in that sentence, that said, name calling is a type of pressure - and pressure will elicit a reaction. So, yes, they are very equivalent. In post 1293, MattP wrote:So pressuring and functional name calling that deserves personal insults in response are equivalent?
I never attempted to "justify" his behavior on an alignment scale. In post 1293, MattP wrote:You're trying to basically insinuate that I deserved the response I got because I was functionally name calling him first and he was just responding. This is separate from the game, this is a personal qualm. And then we find out later he was doing it to get back at me for doing it to other people in the game, which explains his behavior, and it explains it not as me being mean to him first and him returning the favor but rather him being angry for my prior play. So your defense on him is fallacious, you're trying to justify his crude language in the context of my conversation with him when he explicitly stated that it was out of that context. You're illogically white knighting him.
I have been, and continue to be, trying to understand why you thought it would be scummy to "pressure" Players X, Y, and Z, and then proceeded to "pressure" Player A.
I feel I've been clear on this. I think part of your confusion comes from inventing positions that I have not claimed to support.
It was obviously postured, I pretty much openly stated as such already. In post 1293, MattP wrote:Your TONE with your wagon push and avoidance of OGML and John wagons seems incredibly awkward and postured. THAT'S my issue with your play
The question is, why is it awkward? Why did I HAVE to support those two wagons on some level? Why can't I desire to scumhunt Sugar?
Do you think your reaction should look awkward to me?
Why or why not?
I feel like all the posts you showed specifically show me *not* currying favor. In post 1299, Jon Doe wrote:Then why do so many of your posts, and this is just a few, curry for favor and/or feel out what the consensus is before making a move? Your answers imply you're more direct, sure of yourself and that people come around to your line without this kind of behavior.
I also have openly opposed the consensus thus far with both of my major actions (deciding to wagon Matt Day 1, and to oppose the OGML and Jon Doe wagons and start a counter Day 2)
So, frankly, I think you're being a derp who should probably be sheeping me since the OGML wagon is bad.
I have called the wagon bad and said that I loathe it both because I have a town read on him and because I think the push is poorly put together. In post 1300, Amrun wrote:Thor -- I asked you those questions for a reason. You have said you "loathe" the case on OGML without even commenting on the originator of the case. Answer my questions, please.
I have also openly stated my issues with it, including citing it as being created off trap language, and also that the core scumtell of it is best summed up as 'he was scumhunting'.
If you'd like a more specific or explicit explanation of part of my thoughts, ask a more specific or explicit question, otherwise I feel like I'm already being really quite clear on this matter. Where can I tighten it up for you?
This is the third time you've said something like this.In post 1309, Jon Doe wrote:Sure do wish Thor would come back and address my last question though.
You do recognize I have been aggressively posting all day and answering your questions the instant I see them, right?
Because you're being a ponce.

I deserve that. Skimmed and missed that part. Yes, you have been opposing the status quo which I do like. I don't som much like the other response. Those quotes all had either a what does everybody else think or this is what I'm willing to do so go that direction and I'm with you currying feel to them. I don't think I'm thinking what you think I'm thinking so clearing up that issue would help me a lot on you. Dodging it or telling me its raining while you're peeing on me doesn't help.In post 1320, Thor665 wrote:

What do you think about me calling the case on him 'He's scum because he was scumhunting'?In post 1267, No Brains Here wrote:The way to bring back harmony is to vote for OGML who is absolutely scum.
Please get the non-DGB head to answer, I can always provide my own snarky one-liners if needed, so I don't need to hear from her
Here, I'll even provide a few;
'We didn't read your posts, because you're scum.'
'Your reasoning doesn't matter, because OGML is scum.'
'You're saying scum wouldn't scumhunt? What do you know about the setup, scum?'
'Thorscum defending OGMLscum, scumtastic!'
That about covers the bases, so...other head, whassup?
1. thor asks mollie some dumb inane question which mollie doesn't see the point of.
2. a confused mollie answers the question which thor doesn't understand
3. thor then accuses mollie of dodging the question
4. 23 pages ensue of a wall war between thor and mollie
5. town gets bored and tired of both their crap
6. 40 more engages of the same damn thing until 1 of them is dead
I have been told repeatedly by majiffy to just leave you alone and I think I am going to cos I don't think we understand each other.
re: this, "What do you think about me calling the case on him 'He's scum because he was scumhunting'?"
dgb has her own reasons and I have mine. she has him as a strong scumspect and for me he is much weaker I have him as unsure except he feels very out of step. I didn't like the tail end of his d1 posts or the timing of his vote and the bitching about matt's and mine's spat/misunderstanding feels disingenuous and like scum chiming in on a tvt argument.
you saying "he is scum because he is scum hunting" doesn't make sense to me, I don't see where you are coming from with that. you don't know if he is scumhunting unless you know he is town. - No Brains Here
