Deserves is a loaded word in that sentence, that said, name calling is a type of pressure - and pressure will elicit a reaction. So, yes, they are very equivalent.

You're trying to basically insinuate that I deserved the response I got because I was functionally name calling him first and he was just responding. This is separate from the game, this is a personal qualm. And then we find out later he was doing it to get back at me for doing it to other people in the game, which explains his behavior, and it explains it not as me being mean to him first and him returning the favor but rather him being angry for my prior play. So your defense on him is fallacious, you're trying to justify his crude language in the context of my conversation with him when he explicitly stated that it was out of that context. You're illogically white knighting him.

I never attempted to "justify" his behavior on an alignment scale.
I have been, and continue to be, trying to understand why you thought it would be scummy to "pressure" Players X, Y, and Z, and then proceeded to "pressure" Player A.

I have called the wagon bad and said that I loathe it both because I have a town read on him and because I think the push is poorly put together.
I have also openly stated my issues with it, including citing it as being created off trap language, and also that the core scumtell of it is best summed up as 'he was scumhunting'.

If you'd like a more specific or explicit explanation of part of my thoughts, ask a more specific or explicit question, otherwise I feel like I'm already being really quite clear on this matter. Where can I tighten it up for you?

dgb has her own reasons and I have mine. she has him as a strong scumspect and for me he is much weaker I have him as unsure except he feels very out of step. I didn't like the tail end of his d1 posts or the timing of his vote and the bitching about matt's and mine's spat/misunderstanding feels disingenuous and like scum chiming in on a tvt argument.
