Kog'Maw isn't too bad to learn ADC with.

He has an easy GIVEMEALLTHERANGE button, has safety tools (E+R), and has a very obvious upgrade path (W>E>Q).

The reason I believe he's so good to start learning ADC with is because if you can learn how to do well with him, you can pretty much play well with every other ADC in teamfights with some minor changes. He's an excellent base to expand on the rest of the role with.

Plus he's one of the best ADCs for damage

I would argue that Ashe is best adc to learn on because:

1) Not having a jump means you learn how to position.

2) Her mechanics make you naturally want to learn to scoot-n-shoot

3) She has a simple kit that is relatively easy to understand at a basic level, while still having an exceptionally high skill-cap

4) Her AA animation is the most satisfying one in the game (imo)

sivir is the worst ADC, no cc, no reposition/escape

She's also really short range.

And, unless your passive is active, I believe she's one of the slowest ADCs.

Her kit really doesn't make much sense. If her health/defensive stats scaled better, she'd probably make an ok bruiser. She can chase and avoid peel with her W. But as she stands now, she's pretty bad overall.

She's getting actively worked on for a visual update and "tweaks." Idk if that means mechanics or just numbers but we'll see.

At one point IronStylus said she was getting "minor gameplay tweaks."

Like I said, I don't know what this entails, but I hope it's ultimately a buff. She desperately needs it.


EDIT: Plus they're already tweaking Karma, and she just got remade a couple of months ago. I think if Riot thinks something needs to be fixed, they'll get to fixing it, regardless of how recently it's been changed.

Sivir was pretty damn boss after her rework however long ago. Then Riot went, "An ADC carrying the game? Not on our watch!" and did what they did to every other top tier ADC and nerfed her way too hard

I played a lot of Elise for a long time. This most recent round of nerfs has me hesitant, though. The combination of loss of range/mechanic change to her Rappel, combined with the nerf to her spiderlings, I think is hitting her harder than people expected.

Then again, both Elise and Lee Sin are champs who can be pretty terrifying as long as you're really fucking good with their kits/mechanics. But given that I mained Elise for ages and don't own Lee Sin because I never got the hang of him during the free weeks I've played him. So I have to vote Elise almost by default.
