Damn. In my initial read through I thought "how is AP getting through everyone's radar?" But since most had him as town I thought I must be wrong. So I left it. Qwints also started to make me suspicious toward the end but I was like "nah" ..lol ohh well. Glad this game is done, it was a real bitch to replace into and I am really very rusty...I was never that great at this to begin with. My apologies for being a "pile of fucking bricks", Majiffy. ;)

Scum were excellent at playing up/into town just running around like chickens with their heads cut off!

Huzzah to all of you who made it through the game start to finish.

Now that the rust is shaken off, why don't you stick around?

Meeehhh..we'll see. I'm starting my two first grown-up-professional-career jobs within the next two weeks so life is going to be crazy..i couldn't even give this game the time it needed as is. But thanks :)

Major props to the two replacements who came after me and the mod for finding them.

Few interesting things about the set-up:
1) We never had a day where at least one scum member wasn't vulnerable
2) We lynched exactly one member of each team.
3) 4 of the teams were vulnerable twice, silver was vulnerable 3 times while red was vulnerable once

thanks guys Image

sorry I didn't mean to be so whiney.

having to lie to your SO for an extended period of time defo had its toll.

thanks for the feedback heschel.

@ groovy kid

I was grooming the hell out of you and had a whole big long apology worked out for postgame. but then you replaced out :(

and your replacement was actually kicking ass when she first subbed in.
nth
on seraph sticking around :)

ap's timing was really really good, he seemed to have an uncanny sense of when to step in and disperse town. qwints's posts were really deft and totally under the radar despite him attracting a lot of attention. I did a little dance when he subbed in.

re: set up

I have played 4 nightless games (3 offsite) and town has only won once despite the set-up being incredibly town sided IMO. when town won they had 6 or 7 players left but the gm lied about a scum flip by saying the player was town and continuing the game (he is a massive troll like that). it ended in a 3 person lylo (all town) and they sort of realised what think3r was doing but knew they had to lynch someone anyways and so they decided democratically lol. it was pretty entertaining.

it went like this:

gib: "I am pretty sure we are all town and think3r is just trolling but someone has to go and I don't want to lynch a girl".
ksen: "okay I will take 1 for the team"

My wife and I used to play face-to-face Mafia all the time, and there are a few friends who only know us from Mafia sessions who must think we have the most dysfunctional marriage ever.

If you mod again, I would definitely give joining your game more consideration than normal : )

Just don't give me scum in nightless again or else.

Also qwints, you are one of my fav scumbuddies : P

You were on my first ever scumteam in that mini-normal even though we didn't pull it out.

But we redeemed ourselves in social justice with dubious posting, skating, and getting the Vigilante to shoot the most pro-town player for a win.

And you were a sight for sore eyes here : P

Wow. There's even heaps of reading even after the game.

Yeah, grats scum team and thanks to qwints who was under a lot of heat it seems.

This was just way too active for me. Worse than BSG mafia. I think my biggest mistake was not looking for the thread so I didn't know when the day started, then when I saw the thread and the amount of posts I didn't read it straight then. Because it was the weekend, I came back online and the thread had exploded. I was playing constant catch up. For example my vote on NS, I didn't think anyone was on him when I posted that, then 5 pages later I see Magiffy did.

Oh well. Thanks HC, it was an interesting game-mechanic.
