OK well 3 days till deadline so I guess I will start posting

I can half see where youre coming from with Simple Plan but I think he's just a bit overenthusiastic

In post 47, A Simple Plan wrote: Also making note for future reference that it has been six hours without a response from pdmedic after I voted him, and he never posted to confirm receiving a role either.
case in point
I like this point its interesting although I am unsure exactly what it means.
In post 74, Buffy vs Dracula wrote:So, Kid A-- do you still think Formerfish is "obvscum"?
Scumtastic.

Absolutely terrible posting, the obvscum was as everyone knows very obviously a huge exaggeragtion well... everyone who is town.

You must be really good at this game if you could accurately deduce my alignment from my confirmation post. Or you're wrong. One seems more likely than the other.

Are you guys alright with someone going on lva but throwing down a vote first?
This post feels scummy.
Really hoping for some more specifics here, mnem. What's scummier-- the first statement or the second statement?

--Buffy.
This question just seems quite bland, it got an answer I like very much, but the question didn't seem to mean anything for buffy or lead anywhere.
In post 80, Formerfish wrote:
In post 40, Alexcellent wrote:Hi all
I’m not liking formerfish’s reaction to his RVS wagon, but I don’t feel strongly enough about it to put him at L-1. Will post more after work.
Where did you disappear too?
Worth noting for later, its kind of a pointless jab. Could see it s distancing but I would say its minorish.
In post 80, Formerfish wrote:
In post 51, pdmedic wrote:/confirm Sorry it took a while I was out of town.
I generally dislike when people post to apologize for not posting, without saying anything more.
This is quite a decent point but quite a mimic of ASP which interestingly means it is very unlikely that the two are buddies as our friend Buffy Hydra has been saying. Or maybe Fish didn't read ASP's post, need to relook at this 'buddying' I never picked up on any such thing and Buffy keeps telling us there was.
In post 89, Kid A wrote: I agree with this but not outing reads is inconsistent with slandaars meta
Eh, one game isn't meta you should ignore things like that my playstyle is very varied I like to try different things after all the only way to find out what works and what doesn't is to test things. Amusingly though, a reads list is coming shortly I just with held them for a long time.

I have used similar versions of my opening post for example many times before I just feel it is a tool to start conversation but then I don't always use it so there is a difference already if you base it on one game.
In post 95, Buffy vs Dracula wrote: What reaction were you expecting from a guy you'd been egging on at L-2?

You (and to a lesser extent Elyse) were pushing hard for his hammer one page into the game. I would expect a false positive in that position.
Bad posting again.
In post 96, Buffy vs Dracula wrote:
In post 75, Elyse wrote:I said who are you because it's a player that joined a few days ago and is looking up my meta. Like its an alt.
I thought you didn't check join dates? With Formerfish, I mean.
Ugh.
In post 102, Gee Gee wrote:Both Alexcellent and mnemonicdevice should be prodded.

This game is honestly going at snail speed; no one's really posting any content, and it's not our intent to contact the mod this much about things; but, both those person I named above haven't posted in 2+ days, and with the current lack of activity going on in this game, we're gonna get no where.
Amazingly up to this point the total input from TWO people has been 'Elyse doesn't seem to be playing similar to her town meta' on about page 3 which is ludicrous to start comparing meta at.
In post 127, Buffy vs Dracula wrote: Being as unhelpful as possible? Only responding to people who ask him to contribute more to shoot them down? Pointless crypticism up the wazoo? Looks like Slandaar's on his towngame.
Short version: I do play like this as town, yes, but I dislike this because in fact a lot of the time as scum I do this sort of thing also. It doesn't seem genuine.

---

Don't like Alex's reasons for voting ASP much.

In post 129, mnemonicdevice wrote:

The First one, The wording makes it seem as if it is set that he is scum, and isn't town. Just weird writing
This is good.
In post 171, A Simple Plan wrote:Slandaar's most recent post is excellent, and I'm going to go ahead and say it's enough for me to consider him town right now. Also, got a new laptop so posting might be a bit easier, but as of right now it's 12:30 and I've got my first day of classes in college tomorrow, so I'm going to bed. Will try to update with better quality soon.
As mentioned multiple times this is a bad reaction it doesn't make a lot of sense to say my post is excellent when its mostly accusing him and pretty much agreeing with nothing hes said.
In post 175, Formerfish wrote:
Vote: Elyse

Right now I'm getting town reads from Desperado, Stubbs and Uber. Since they seem to be on the level and seem to see you as scummy it helps me feel good about this vote. It just seems to me that you are trying very hard to come off as town, but you don't seem genuine to me, in fact it seems forced and fake.
This is posted after I post my wall and after Simples reaction.
In post 198, Formerfish wrote:Also,
Unvote: Elyse

Going back over your ISO, you've been very proactive in trying to figure out scum. I think you have some solid leads, and others you are misguided about. My vote on you may have been somewhat biased by the rvs stage wagon. I'm leaning town on you now though.

Vote: A Simple Plan

For the following two posts.
In post 157, A Simple Plan wrote:
In post 150, Buffy vs Dracula wrote:@ASP, You can't see any potential town motivation for not outing ones reads?
Hiding one's reads doesn't provide anything for the town to go on, and it just feels too secretive for my liking. I suppose one could do so as town to to try to protect his or her interests later in the game and protect himself from being framed for a NK through his scum-reads being targeted. I still feel like it's more anti-town because it gives us less to work with, but now that I think about it more, it gives a more null read on Slandaar than straight scum.

Elyse is only making my scum read on her a bit stronger and gives me less doubt, and her 153 feels odd, especially in response to Desperado's 152. I feel like my vote on Kid A is pretty good, and the OMGUS reaction to my vote in 133 makes me feel that much better about it.
In post 171, A Simple Plan wrote:Slandaar's most recent post is excellent, and I'm going to go ahead and say it's enough for me to consider him town right now. Doesn't make a lot of sense how he now moves to vote Simple Plan for something he failed to comment on prior to this when he clearly had the chance, it looks like he was waiting to see how town reacted before deciding his course of action; this is scum thing.

The reevaluation of Elyse also does not feel right.
In post 200, Buffy vs Dracula wrote: What is the "it" you're referring to here, ASP?
Fish presumably, but I don't see what this matters its clear just after the it he finds the wagon viable but also the people on it.

What were you thinking and do you think the it is?
In post 208, Alexcellent wrote:I'm pretty confident that ASP is likely scum, especially given that he hasn't posted since #171 yet has been fairly active for the rest of the day. But still, no one hammer until he comes back!
Also I really don't like FormerFish's #198. It just comes across as blatant bandwagoning after seeing everyone else jumping on ASP's wagon. Could be scum wanting to bus their partner at the last minute maybe?
Worded badly, minor but 'I'm pretty confident that ASP is likely scum' doesn't make much sense.

Its also worth noting the accusation against fish because its accusatory but means nothing when ASP is town.

OK

TOWN
Kid A

Town Probably
Stubbs

Meh
Desp
Medic
Gee Gee

Scum
Alex
Fish
Buffy
Lucky

Even though Alex voted Simple/Lucky I just don't like his reasoning it doesn't relate to mine and he hasn't contributed anything else really.
Gee Gee has been useless and done nothing, Medic eh I dunno, Desp's posts are quite weak only spotting things from one person ie Elyse.
I can definitely see a Fish/Alex team as both have distanced by jabbing at the other in minor ways. Both are voting lucky which is not ideal but it can be a bus especially from Fish due to how he crept onto the wagon.

RVS wagon driving up to L-2 is ridiculous. It's not a tell of anyone on the wagon, it's just a sudden failure of intelligence of multiple people at the same time. It should have led no where but instead of reacting normally, fish gave us that performance.

@Slandaar: Not quoting that whole thing. I wanted to know if the "it" was referring to Fish or the wagon itself. In the former case, it's indicative of him trying to prevent attention from being shifted to himself; in the latter case, it's indicative of him trying to protect Fish.

If we assume that he's seeing why Fish is suspicious in that post, it definitely means that ASP and Fish aren't scum together. ASP and Fish were both trying to push their wagons on each other, which would be a lose-lose scenario if they were both scum. I'm going to say that this means one of them is scum and the other is town.

Hardly.

ASP's 'Push' was very weak if you can even call it that and Fish as I have said only got on the wagon after others had given their input when he had a chance to give his input into the situation in a prior post had he noticed something he felt was scummy.

Alright.

Here's a different question-- looking at Formerfish's early game behavior (and specifically, his fear of being rung up to L-1 early in the game), does he strike you as the type who would be comfortable bringing his scumbuddy to L-1? I'm not getting that vibe.
In post 221, Formerfish wrote:How was I apparently buddying ASP?

Not really

Fish is just the better lynch I think. I am not going to oppose a Lucky lynch just show the lynch I prefer and those who wish to vote fish can.

You are greatly exaggerating Fish's participation in the ASP wagon if everyone who is town posts 'lets lynch ASP' Fish is most likely going to go with that notion as thats what newer players do.

No, no it doesn't. My predecessor was not a brilliant player and neither am I.... however neither of us said anything about long posts. The bolded text has nothing to do with the length of the post, it's indicating the quality. Of course ASP was being kind of foolish when he made that statement since the post he praised was calling him/me scum. I respect slandaar's scum hunting ability but not so much as to compliment him when he wrongly accuses me.

because

sorry that my posts are getting so rare

firstly in response to buffy - i am voting asp because theyre probably scum but your weird behaviour regarding asp and ff means that you will look bad if one of them flips scum

you keep saying im your big scumread and you want me lynched so please start making a case or pushing for my lynch instead of just vote parking on me

right now mnemonicdevice is most forgettable player - i'm going to iso him and see if i can find anything

also both hydra heads responding to my last post makes me think i might have noticed something i wasnt meant to notice - it's not the strongest tell but definitely something
