I'm not advocating that we all sit around for two weeks and do nothing; however, I am saying that these people don't have to vote to have their opinions heard. They've all expressed who they think is scummy and who they'd like to see lynched by the end of the day. You're kind of being lazy by not interacting with them more if you want them to be more vocal.

I've personally been kicking back because I feel my vote is on scum. But you'll probably lynch the super scummy chkflip and I'll flip dreamer and we can all be happy moving on from there.

Voting is the biggest indicator of their opinion and stance on the game. Generally when people vote they give reasons why. It generates more discussion and gives people a chance to defend themselves or to convince others. That is how you reach a lynch and it happens in every game. It also ties them down to a read/vote and can help with interaction and VCA at a later time. On a Day One like now where there is little information, so the point is to generate as much of it as you can, not voting is not going to help at all.

Wanting people to vote (which isn't even asking them to do it, let alone demanding or telling) is trying to interact with those people. Whereas yourself on the other hand, what have you done apart from say guyett=scum? So you can hardly start throwing words like lazy about.

No, I'm discrediting it because it is crap and coming from chkflp is laughable. It has nothing to do with Guyett's post, who incidentally if you've been paying any attention at all to anything in this thread, is a scum read of mine.
