Still, why are we supposing scum have no nightkill?

It's more upon the fact that there doesn't seem to be a time frame for night actions to take place. We don't get our "lynch" until after the end of the 5 day night period, and then day starts right up after that. Hence the reason I said I would be suspect of most power claims, especially cop claims.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the scum team will likely compete over POV, and the winner decides to keep noms the same or change.

There's no rules regarding FOSs. The people asking you to limit them are your fellow players, so just do what you want.

Early versions of Big Brother didn't have veto. Look at the original post, there is no mention of a veto period.

Besides, one way to seriously bastard up a game is to allow scum a way to manipulate the lynch and prevent their members from dying from it.

Wait a minute? Gooner is Jerry? I have not played with Gooner in a long time. First game I was in with him was Newbie 1221, Nacho was the IC and it was my 2nd ever Newbie game. Gooner and NurC were the scum team. We had first Jackal, then Pere in the JK slot looking scummy as all get out and if Nacho had not done some of his neat tricks, scum would have won that game....

It is a pretty small sample size but Gooner is very good at looking towny whether he is town or scum. Not sure why he plays so few games though.

@molla - Because of balance. At 10:4 with nights we have three mislynches to hit four scum in a scum sided mechanic where if we elect scum in lylo they win. We have to be stacked beyond reason (literally I would expect something like 3+ mason pool and other PRs) for scum to have a NK.

Also announcement: We will not be putting up Titus if we are HoH. We both have him as null-town right now.

Will try and work with Jake to get our reads up and push forward hard soon as we are down to a week before deadline.
