Does everyone have that one champ that is just awful whenever they are on your team? It isn't to say that the champ itself is awful, but that for whatever reason the people on your team that play them are always bad. For me that champ is Ashe.

Every single time she's on my team she feeds the crap out of mid. And when she's on the enemy team all I see is "An enemy is Legendary!".

If Teemo is on my team, he's a monstrosity who carries everyone and slaughters people and manipulates his global taunt to bait everyone into bad fights.

If he's on the other team, he dies. alot.

Also yeah, alistar is good vs champs who initiate well. He's got monstrous skills at close range, but no real way to get into close range so you need to rely on the other support doing that. Vs a lulu or a janna he's just terrible. Hmm, maybe with kog?

I run Ali exclusively as a counter to Taric/Leona/Blitz, and it's worked extremely well.

But right now the meta is very punishing to melee supports, so *shrug*

Also, I feel I see Leona somewhere in between every 1-2 games and every 10-15. like every 6 or so.

After checking the stats on Lolking, she's the third most popular champ in the game behind Cait and Lee and just above EZ and Vanye

lolking's stats are iffy. Maybe she's played more at lower levels, because where I am it's literally Sona vs. whichever support I choose to play every game.

I'm still wondering why they waited til fall to release the summer pool party skins.

I understand the irony of a SoCal scummer saying it's Fall when it's literally 99 degrees outside and 83 in the house, but still. Outside of certain parts of the country, September = Fall.

That's in Gold, right? I can attest that in my recent trip to bronze and back to about 1350, there was a lot of Leona play. Bronze games are Leona v Sona a lot.

I'm getting a disproportionate amount of Sona, Janna, Thresh and Blitzcrank in very very low silver, for what it's worth. Lulu, Leona and Alistar are essentially unheard of.

Thresh and blitz are basically permabanned through gold in NA.

In my games, I tend to see a lot of non-support supports. Lux building pure ap and shit.

And of course, the dreaded "support" nidalee. Blitz tends to be permabanned (Thresh less so), but they nearly always turn up when not banned.
