(as a reminder to posters, site rules about ongoing games have been waived for this game ONLY)
1. The site-wide Mafia rules explicitly do not apply to this game as a whole. In particular, outside communication and influences are allowed, including contacting people not part of this game and using alternate accounts. (You may not, however, discuss other ongoing games in this thread.) Site-wide rules that do not refer to Mafia in particular still apply, which includes limiting abusive language and forbids anything illegal.

Oh and mara is confirmed town because i kinda tricked her into letting me remote control her computer for a few minutes while she was away. (Hi mara you didn't know I did that yet, sorry but you're welcome!)

can you put a rundown of what exactly that means in the OP, please? presumably other people are allowed to talk about it and such, but it'd be nice ot have the rules there.

Done and done.

I will agree it's not a good idea to nameclaim. But you can just see that he's genuinely wondering why this is not a good idea. Which is why he keeps bringing it up. Instead of choosing the easy vote, why doesn't someone explain this guy why it's bad?
I remember KBW doing the exact same in Super Smash Bro Mafia. He felt it would only be good for town. He got massively voted too, like Broomhead was. The main reasons were rolefishing I think. Getting someone's name might lead to assumptions on their role. He even got lynched on day 1 eventually, and flipped town.
I think it's better leave this all a secret. Broomhead is correct that it'll get one confirmed town, but is it worth it? It's probably better to hide this guy as long as possible so he doesn't get killed and be confirmed town at the end of the game.
So
VOTE: Marquis
For choosing the easy vote after it's been on the table for so long.
This is townposting.

I can confirm that I have managed to get one of the scum to actually scumslip. If you're interested in knowing who it is, feel free to convince me. I feel a little shitty about giving it out, even if it is part of the game.

And apparently you do expect that I thought the quick day 1 hammer on page 3 was real. I don't understand how my explanation is a "crap coverup". This is MafiaScum, not EpicMafia. I've never seen a Day 1 that short, nor did I believe that I had actually seen one end right then. It was ridiculous, even for a game with these mechanics.
THIS IS WHY MARQUIS IS TOWN CABD
FINE THEN LYNCH STUBBS FIRST IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GET IT OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM, ASSHAT
