They are all believable. I was trying to figure out the logic of popcorning to kittens though. I just don't see the train of thought there. i popcorned because they were thought to be scum by someone like I am so I figured they sooner they claim the better since it will allow for more conversation on their claim.

I liked this post quite a bit, actually. It felt pretty genuine to me.

not terribly confident. but SOS was the first person to get my back up a little. she's good as scum.
i haven't been pushing because i've been slacking on actually reading the thread. which is what i'm doing now.
and i'm still not confident that they are TOWN. but also, not really thinking that our vote on them, today, is in the best place.

I thought the initial push on ffery was pretty town. A lot of players that come from offsite are more paranoid of ffery than they should be, and usually end up having immediate issues with her playstyle here because she's too hesitant/less aggressive in her pushes. It would also be pretty nicely faked paranoia if scum; ffery and I both deal with mollie's fake paranoia a lot, so we're pretty good at distinguishing the two with people we are familiar with.

i don't think Titus looks as bad as NS is making him out to be

The hydra had every reason to sheep me onto this mislynch at this point (occasionally follows me when I ask her to trust me on a read), but decides not to. Maybe it's a push for towncred as scum, but it makes a lot of sense from a Mantis-town perspective. It also means that she was willing to join both scumbuddies on the wagon for a while, which seems unlikely.

be scum on the wagon, it's probably between Brian, Rail Tracer, and Titus. I am not happy with any of those choices, though, so I'm going to assume worst case scenario here.

Only thing I could maybe be thinking is that there is no scum on the wagon (hard to agree with that when we maybe have 3 scum in the game) and that the kill HAD to be on the wagon because killing someone off the wagon would do harm in VCA along the way.

Hard to see someone coming up with a theory like this when they have two buddies on the wagon.

i'm kind of interested in seeing what titus's logic for either sos or i being scum is, actually.

because if sos is scum and they didn't kill nacho (who left no obvious clues as far as i can tell that sos knew he was a doctor) then they're either playing some extremely gambity scum game or they're town. and unless you think i'm scum doing some sort of no kill gambit for whatever reason, it's extremely likely at this point that i'm not scum.

sad thing is i think cephy was right about titus being the one supplying AK with the town drugs.

no, i've still yet to claim. i was hoping the remaining scum would be creative with their claim, but they're most likely hiding amongst the VT claims.

i was considering fake-claiming here, but seeing as i expect the next night kills to be nacho followed by me, i don't really see the point. also, if we cannot figure out the last scum without the help of PRs, then sadface.

i'm an odd-night cop, first night was natirasha, last night was beast (inno).

SK doesn't make a whole lot of sense either unless it's a bulletproof godfather SK. there are too many counters to it, otherwise (cop, hider, crosskills). also goon+1-shot strongman is underpowered vs town power + possible crosskills

so i'm thinking it's:

miller doctor + ON-cop + EN-compulsive-hider + 1shot-compulsive-neighbouriser

vs

1-shot strongman + goon + ???

rolecop was a possibility i considered, which would make sense if they rolecopped me early on and tried to kill me N2/N3. or it's possible they figured me out because of how i was almost blatantly crumbing it multiple times over the last couple days.
roleblocker i'm thinking is unlikely unless the roleblocker is really, really bad.
encryptor is possible if there was a shred of truth to nati's final post. but i'm thinking that was mostly wifom, so i'm ignoring it for now.
and godfather is the obvious other possibility as a partial counter to the investigative power town has.

i dunno. i think it was partially PR hunting and partially due to dessew's suspicions (maybe). remember at the start of D2 nati talking about how NKA suggested brian scum? lololol

Dessew's main scumspect was Brian Skies. The nk fits in with my perception of Brian Skies, but as usual with NKA, >WIFOM. Move Skies down a tier in my reads for now.
