1 Rotating Mafia PR/1 Backup Rotating Mafia PR (Roleblocker/Framer/Rolecop)
4 VT/1 enabled cop/1 enabled doc/1 enabled Jailkeeper

Each night, mafia must ban one town power role and one scum power role from being used the next night.
Each day, town vote on one of the two power roles for each faction to be enabled.
There is a night zero for mafia to make the first choices--no kill though.
Each time a town PR dies, the scum must choose one of their PRs to be permanently removed from the game. The first time a town PR dies, they lose the ability to ban roles.
So in essence both sides can enable one power role each phase.
