My problem is that I have differing levels of town reads on most everyone else so that Phok and TiP are the people I have as scum. But that can't be right. I just don't think that both of them are scum. And I'd guess if I'm right that at least one of them are, then it would be TiP over Phok but I'd really like to sort out everyone else to make sure I'm not overlooking anything.
