N1 advertised tracker for $5. i didn't realise this wouldn't be enough money for it to be included in the auction list or i would have advertised it for more. after i saw the list of abilities up for auction last night, i went back and checked the planned advertising D1 and realised that someone had claimed advertising each of the other abilities, which means everyone else put more than $5 on advertising those 9 abilities.

N2 advertised watcher, doc, wage freeze, cop for $5 each, rolled a 1, sent $185 to LB. when N2 rolled around i asked mag whether advertising tracker would do anything, and he was like nah, ya dun fucked up son. also apparently anyone who didn't ask this question and tried to advertise it anyway would have been penalised $5 for advertising tracker because it was a legal move...

Anyways, I did as I did for a few reasons.

1. I knew the scum team would kill someone in the six.
2. They still have their dirty tricks. I understand we have a plan in place, but they can still use them.
3. I suspect we have scum in our six and I am not fine with possibly burning our money that way.
4. I'm selfish, and if Sakura is willing to play along...

But, yes, we went for messenger and Wage Freeze primarily. Messenger to send someone the message that we did it, Wage Freeze because duh. The rest, I was just hoping to pick up the slack of what you guys missed.

I thought that was a reach out to the player who probably gave him the most shit this game so far. I was really disappointed that he didn't follow-up. Subtract that post out of the mix and I want to lynch him. Leave it in, and I don't know what I want to do.

I do plan on actually trying more tomorrow. For now I'm feeling like I should vote DP since no one really has anything good to say about him. He's coasting, being boring, and frankly I'd like a non deadline lynch to give me monies to throw at people.

Feels like the most meh reason to join the DP wagon at this point.

Breaking a game is cool, but... not when it's not really breaking the game.

Game-breaking does take away from enjoying the game if that's not your cup of tea, but it best ensures a town victory while minimizing/eliminating the chance of a scum win. What we did last game best ensured a town victory, even if some people (you, at least) didn't find any enjoyment out of it.

Most annoying thing in the world: Reading something about a post but not saying anything about it, then seeing someone else post the same thing and realize you never said a thing and agree with it <_<.

I went through DP's (limited) ISO overnight, but I didn't really find anything that definitively points to one person being town or scum from his reads list. Personally I feel like each of his scumreads gets a small town boost due to his flip simply due to how weak/outdated his reasons were, but beyond that, I found nothing.
