Pick Your Partners for Town and Shadows and Lights for scum, btw.
This a meta claim from you?
Thoughts on Ghostlin's opinions on our current plan for advertisements and such?
Have you looked at the Nero case(s) yet?

I've been trying to get him to snap out of this stupid fixation on me since early/mid-D2 simply because of how ridiculous it is. The sheer amount of effort he's been putting in to trying to make this scumread of his work doesn't read as town to me, and I don't plan on tolerating it any more than I have to.
In post 2505, Garuda wrote:and I still can't shake the feeling I had early D1 where it just seems like his entire approach to this game is from the mindset of scum trying to scumhunt the other team.
Maybe it's because I scumhunt in a general sense early on and don't start figuring out teams until after there's a scumflip or two? Though, sometimes I can't even do that because there just isn't much that I can find that points to one person being that flipped guy's partner and I just have to hope that one my scumreads who might have better ties flips as the dead guy's partner to help me.
idk, I don't see what you're talking about in my early posts, but since it's me talking about my posts you can take that as you will.
In post 2507, Garuda wrote:P-edit: I don't know, the only time I've seen his scum game was in that Shadows and Lights game that just finished (I wasn't in the game but correctly read him as scum from the little of it I read).
What tipped you off, out of curiosity? That wasn't one of my best scumgames, but.
(If you want another look at my scumgame there's Achievement Unlocked, obv. Btw, I'm still waiting on you doing a big-ass metadive on me like you did in Black Flag Nightless, Empire.)

I don't see why Garuda would have to fear Nero putting him in the null/scum pile?

I'd like to think that I did well enough in responding on my own to him that I don't need to piggback off anything you say, but I would kinda expect that when someone says analysis like that is pointless/confbias they would explain why they think so.
In post 2512, uʍop ǝpısdn wrote:Day 1 I would have disagreed with you here, but I'm not so sure any more. KingdomAces seems to have read the whole thread but isn't engaging with anyone. He's just there, not doing anything particularly exciting
I can kinda agree with the "just being

" sentiment, but I feel that it's just him not being able to find a way to get into this or something like that.

From a real-life perspective I can agree with this sentiment.
Did you give a read on Nero already, given that he's the current wagon? If no, could you work on that once you're done figuring me out? If yes, what was it?
What are your thoughts on Baldeagle's VCA on me, since your current focus seems to be on me? Do you agree with what he says or do you side with Upside and me in saying that it's confirmation biased and pointless and why do you think either way?
Did Mhork medium-ing Pyro affect your read on him? If yes, how?
How do you feel about Seanald? Upside Down? Muffin? BBmolla? ProHawk?
Speaking of ProHawk, where is he? I don't remember him posting of late--oh, there he is.
I never did respond to that, did I, Morph?

Oh yeah Voided was our scumbuddy in that game. Still, though, declaring paranoia this early in the game with nothing on which to base it looks unusual. It's not like our meta was going to go unnoticed this game.
I won't hold judgment on your other two games, but Achievement Unlocked is my only scumgame of you that I have that I was in ('specially as your buddy). You may not think it was an impressive win, but you weren't exactly the easiest person to get a lynch on IIRC and it was the game of yours that was fresh in my mind, hence why I said I was a little paranoid for the time being.
Then again, I completely fail at using meta most of the time, so.
In post 1503, morph the cat wrote:This seemed either incredibly optimistic or just plain reasoning that a town player wouldn't come up with.
Town can be selfish with how they use their money, and I was selfish N0 in that regard. I feel like this point would've been more impactful had I do this, say, last night instead of N0 when it was more likely that not every town was going to be working for the town's best interest.
In post 1503, morph the cat wrote:advertizing decreased the amount of money that could go to the auction on the same night, so given what we already know about the game mechanics, how would Voided feel that certain he could acquire EV? And why would town care if scum advertise it unless it's something we wanted to be purged from the availables asap?
To the first question, I wasn't. I guessed I would and that scum wouldn't bet on it with things like NK and Neighboriser up for grabs, but I wasn't
sure
I would win.
To the second, that's partially why I advertised it in the first place. Actually planning on bidding on it was another part.

It always catches my attention when a player whose posts are starting to sound town to me suddenly draws a vote, because the vote feels out of step, like the player doesn't realize that town sentiment is silently shifting as new stuff hits the thread.
I'd have to disagree that town sentiment was shifting to Prohawk-town at that point in the game. At least, I don't feel like ProHawk was one of the people who would be on the recieving end of a general townread after Hermy's townflip. Later on after the arguments had been place against him, sure, but not when I voted him.
