Plum, what do you mean by noise/signal problem?
Every person you have pushed has been town. Except I don't know Spyrex's alignment (who is probably town based on interactions with Empire) and Yate's alignment (who I simply don't know). Each case isn't bad in itself, but you've suspected way more people than these two whose alignment I don't know. The volume of suspects + town alignment on most = scummy.- Plum

Are you asking me who I think your possible partner is?
I'm second guessing the players on the Yates wagon or those actually speaking out against your lynch. Like GG (based on his defense of your slot). I'm getting paranoid about fferylt no matter how town he seems (though still a town read of mine). Garmr has always been a null for me.- fferyllt

Well, considering that your problem with me is that I've suspected too may townies/your Townreads, maybe it boils down to the same thing. I'm not particularly impressed with your answer, but well.In post 1377, Peabody wrote:Are you asking me who I think your possible partner is?- Peabody

Sorry quadruple post - I understand that my case isn't exactly airtight. It's circumstantial at best, but it's the strongest read I have right now, solidified by gut. I'd have a hard time convincing myself Plum isn't scum based on CTD's case and my own case. The fact there is a strong counterwagon is solidifying the argument for a Plum scum in my head and putting the Yates slot as a town-null read.- Plum

You answered it. I still don't find it a very salient line of thought, but if you're convinced that shifting reads in a game that's gone the way this has is a scumtellIn post 1382, Peabody wrote:Plum can you clarify what you were asking me if I didn't answer your question?andthat everyone I've suspected is Town (when we have a grand total of one scumflip). I don't think there's anything I can point at in my play that will make me not a potential target of your psudeo-POE, and I guess I'll have to accept that for what it is.
You're not scum with Maestro out of a combination of factors: the way Kaze held his vote on Maestroandvoted Empire with a salient case long before anyone else thought to, trying to derail the SpyreX wagon (assume Spy's not scum with Empire because that's only sensible), and argued strongly against townreads on Empire in relation to his case and vote. Basically, your slot has earned the equivalent level in my mind of those who were on the Emp wagon at the end of Day 1 in terms of unlikeliness of being scum with Emp.- pitoli

Cool. So Plum today and Grim tomorrow, then. Which fits with my initial thoughts on first pass.In post 1379, SpyreX wrote:

I think at best it's a product of confirmation bias, at worst it's a chainsaw defense of Plum. The most remarkable thing about it is that you're case-making to begin with, apart from a small NS-case on D1, it hasn't been your style at all. Yates hasn't done anything to change my opinion of his slot from yesterday. In post 1348, Garmr wrote:So CTD what do you think of my case on Yates. Do you agree or disagree and also tell me the reasons why.
My turn: Why have you literally never mentioned Plum all game? What do you make of the fact that she's at L-1? What's your read on her? What do you think of her reaction to being put at L-1?[i]Mgm laughed nervously, his cheeks flushing in the faintest of blushes. "Patrick... Sleepy was his second strongest town read on D1 and managed to become one of his two only scumreads on D2 on account of his lurking, shortly after Garmr said he'd understand if Sleepy was sick (Sleepy had mentioned repeatedly that he was suffering from chronic headaches). In post 1273, Garmr wrote:VOTE: Albert
SK was a scum read for today. It must suck fudge to get lynched after you replace in.
I suppose Garmr really, reallydislikes lurking. Or does he?
Oh wait, ABR was only a slight scum read and Garmr only hammered because of the deadline. In post 1337, Garmr wrote:I had ABR as slight scum read yes but I actually perfected your slot and only hammered ABR because we had one hour in the day left.
Spyrex, you're going to have to explain your town read on this dude to me.[i]Mgm laughed nervously, his cheeks flushing in the faintest of blushes. "Patrick... Let's worry about it today. It's likely that at least one opinion won't get expressed if we save it for day 4.
I have some concerns about Garmr. He's not striking me as scummy, but there's something off in his play.Amid the pressure of great events, a general principle gives no help.

CTD, I'm preferring your case on Garmr over the one on Plum.
What do you make of Yates so far?
ToDay I'd be willing to cooperate in a Plum-lynch, BUT there's still time left and I'm still not convinced she's scum. Not in the slightest even. The fact she didn't claim could simply mean she's waiting for the intent to hammer, which is common practice."What truffles are to pigs so are these charlatans and pettifoggers to my mental acuity." - Frasier- Yates

If you're concerned about her claim, why don't you serve your intent to hammer? In post 1395, Grimgroove wrote:The fact she didn't claim could simply mean she's waiting for the intent to hammer, which is common practice.Coming soon: 50 Shades of Null
