Yeah we talked a little on Saturday, mostly about my meta results.

Town - Pitoli, F-16 lastsurvivor, ETL
Null - TiP (Nacho has him as very stale town, I think), TPR
Scum - T-Bone (inherited from ChaosOmega but I haven't seen anything that screams town since the replace-out), bulba

This looks pretty much like your last list except you put me as town instead of less town. Did any recent events influence your thoughts on the game? What did you think of my meta on TIP? Does it match with Mafia Xenologue? I felt sure you'll have some insights into that since it was your hydra partner that orchestrated the fake meta-stuff. What do you think about T-Bone by himself and his case on ETL?

I find Bulb scummier than Pitoli obviously but he's cast more doubt in my mind about everything including my strong townread on you. Your playstyle is even more complex than I originally thought it was - it is fun trying to figure it out though.

I don't know and I'm not worried about that right now. That's probably the worst thing to do honestly, try to find both scum right away. Find one first; they will lead you to the rest. Getting caught in a sort of "well if he's scum then he's not and if he's town then he's not" loop is a trap and will lead us all wrong.

TiP's play almost always looks scummy to me. I have gotten TiP mislynched when we were both town a few times., and I shook off a scum read of him in a recent game (Walking Dead) and let him slide almost to endgame. I've also gotten him mislynched as scum. When I'm town, my strategy is to figure out if I can trust someone who has a good track record reading him and follow their read. Nacho is better at reading him than I am, but not perfect.

He's good at that as scum. I can't remember what game, but I remember him likening his scum game to chess strategy.

My playstyle varies a lot based on the game set up and on the player list. It also sometimes is all but set in stone interactions-wise within 2-3 posts of starting a game. I guess that does translate to "complex".

I kinda want to say that a T-Bone/Bulba team doesn't make sense because I have the impression that he's distanced the fuck out of the bulba wagon. ETL is his top scum read and he's willing to compromise on Pitoli. Given Bulba was at L-1 I think the time for bussing with great justice came and went.

This is pretty premature, though. Town will have a lot more data on day 2.

One thing about TiP. I tend to look skeptically at people pushing his lynch in the early game, in part because of how easy he can be to mislynch.

Okay, if TIP votes Bulb, I'll hammer. If he doesn't, the lynch wasn't going to happen anyways. I want to hear what TIP thinks in particular. I'll consider T-Bone as well.

resonated with me though is that earlier today, I considered the possibility of Pitoli being scum and thought of who could be scum if that were true. Then I went back to the vote count. TPR would be obvtown. Bulb would be obvtown. T-Bone would be obvtown because he could have voted Bulb easily instead on needlessly bussing Pitoli (but to a lesser extent). Pitoli/TIP interactions don't seem like scum-scum. If ETL was Pitoli's buddy, she'd have hammered Bulb. Plus her defense of Pitoli seemed very unlike partners. The only player that would actually make sense with scum-Pitoli is Sangres. And that is exactly who Bulbazak accuses of being scum.
